My husband and I used to go here 2x a week. They kept screwing up our order, so we started eating here 2x a month. We won’t be back for a while after the other day. They screw up order up more than 50% of the time. I dont care what I order.
I order wraps and they cut them. I order a buffalo with extra meat and they forget the extra meat, or I say add extra lettuce, and they forget the lettuce all together. I was the only one in the restaurant. I ordered 2 things. A buffalo wrap with extra meat and a giant 56 on rosemary parm. I get home (yes, I should have checked before I left) and the 56 is on white. I did go back and they did remake it correctly. But it’s just disappointing and aggravating when you cant get a simple order right. Especially when we order the same handful of items every visit.
However, I would like to mention the manager is awesome and there’s a lady cook in there who has never screwed up our order.

UPDATE: The store manager contacted me and covered the next sub is on them. So for that I am grateful. I just dont recommend ordering on the mobile app if you have a special order.
I dont know why I bother ordering in the mobile app for pick up. I have ordered the same thing for years. #99 on wheat doubt meat double veggies. Easy right? In store, no problem, its perfect. In the app, every jersey mikes store I’ve ordered from on the mobile app, gets the order wrong. In the app I order #56 because #99 is a secret menu thing, do extra meat. Then, under “Instructions” I put #99 double veggies. Because thats the only place to add it. Nobody ever reads it apparently. This is my 4th time trying the mobile app way, and nobody has followed instructions. So thats my last time

I NEVER leave a bad review cause I’d feel like a Karen but this Jersey Mike’s is actually the worst one ever, they’re not lying. I’ve gone a handful of times and each time their service is so bad. Specifically the Philippine or Vietnamese looking lady. She treats everyone else normal but every time she gets to me she seems to treat me differently? Today I walked in and she was laughing with her coworker and when she saw me she stopped laughing and said “Oh no” and seemed annoyed to see me. I have never been a problem customer so i’m not sure why she would dislike seeing me? They have the person running the cashier with gloves on and with those same gloves handling the sandwiches its so nasty so one time I asked if he could please switch them out before touching the sandwich cause he had JUST taken someones cash and he got upset? So now I just watch them handle the cashier and touch my entire sandwich and hope it doesnt taste bad lol, ive watched this happen every single time ive gone and theyve charged me for a regular several times when I always get a mini.. so many things wrong with this location.. every other JM location has been great, this one sucks real, real bad

I got food poisoning from this location on Saturday, November 1. I ate the number 26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak for lunch and very quickly started feeling nauseous and was sick for a couple days. I would recommend going to another location.

The staff provided excellent customer service, making the pick-up process quick and easy. Definitely a great spot for a satisfying meal!

They say that all franchises are the same and that’s simply not true. This is the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to and I’m so sad it’s far from home. The bread was baked to perfection, the service was exceptionally fast (15 minute delivery through door dash which seems impossible) and all the ingredients were fresh. They clearly take the time to assemble the sandwiches. Usually when I ask for salt, I feel like they just put two grains on there. This time, you could tell there was a good amount of salt, oil, onions and vinegar. If I’m ever on this side of town, I’ll definitely be stopping by.

We ordered 100 boxes of subs (sub, chips, and cookie) over two separate days from this new Jersey Mike’s in Grapevine, TX and they did an amazing job. We had a variety of subs and our group loved every one of them!
The catering delivery was right on time both days, the delivery people were great (the second day, the owner, Al, who is a great guy delivered them himself) and everything was as perfect as we could have asked. If you’re with a business in the area and need catering this location is fantastic (and so convenient if you’re in Grapevine).
I’ve ordered from them through their app personally on a couple different days and they did an equally exceptional job on those occasions. Highly recommend Jersey Mike’s and this location in particular.

This is the worst Jersey Mikes… EVER. The staff are the worst: Unfriendly, careless, unprofessional. Not worth it. After they dropped my order, there was no care to remake it. The female sandwich maker even went as far to say, “It was only the cheese,” after the male sandwich maker proceeded to continue to make it. I walked out and told the next customer to turn around, he did.

This was my first time at this location …disappointing to say the least …ended up ordering the Baja chicken wrap…didn’t taste any chicken on the first half..opened up the second half and I saw only 4 tiny pieces of chicken….tiny pieces….not even enough to fill a teaspoon….definitely will not be back..
Was told by the clerk that they only make one type of sandwich there…looking at the menu I see sandwiches….I went thru drive thru instead of going inside….I’m confused.
