Store was a little slow today even though at the time I was their their was no line. I ordered a hot sub with no onions it took 15 minutes to prepare it and when I got to the office my sub had onions on it. If it takes 20 minutes to make a sub atleast make sure its hot and correct

Atmosphere…it is a sandwich shop with little personality. Food…a decent, made to order sandwich. Service…this particular store used to have EXCEPTIONAL, professional and friendly service. The manager that was there before was fantastic. Now, it has really slid. Uncaring, non friendly, non smiling workers behind the counter that give the impression of hating their job, hating they have to make your sandwich and that they JUST don’t want to be bothered waiting on you. Sad. We used to go weekly…now, every few months because of the lack of good service. Visited 1/7/2023

Decent sandwich, but what a nasty and unfriendly 3 people on the line. The young girl making the sandwich, the young lady dressing and bagging it and the young man ringing up my order.
No greeting, no please, no thank you. “What can I get you, what bread, Mikes way? And that was it. The only time they actually spoke. No thank you when I was handed my sandwich and no thanks after paying.
We went here EVERY week since they opened in the beginning. As you can see, more than 18 months since my last visit because of the bad service. Again, after going for years every single week and averaging $22.00 spent. That’s $1700 lost by 1 guest. They don’t care. But I care to tell the truth. Find another place to eat. There are too many to choose from.
The owner of this location obviously does not care about its guests. Or they pretend to care by leaving gratuitous and placating responses. But I didn’t get ANY response because they realize that I see right through them.
I almost feel sorry for the owners because this is what they are up against, young people are the only ones who will work for what they are paying. And they could not care less. This generation feels entitled to everything. Getting paid for doing nothing. Showing up for work, not showing up for work, coming on time, coming late, it doesn’t matter to them. And the owners are held by the short ones. So as rude as they are they don’t care because the owner has to use them or they will have nobody working for them. This is a reality, as sad as it is.

Major shift in service. Very busy lunch at 12:15 and great, friendly service. Especially the gentleman making the sandwiches. He was extremely busy and was banging out sandwiches like a champ. Staff was very engaged and friendly. I’m praying it stays…

Stopped in kind of late one evening about an hour before closing. Everyone was friendly and laughing, the seating area was very clean, and the drink area was tidy. We asked about the G100 sandwich and there was a guy there that could make it! We were very excited as that has become our favorite sandwich to share! It came out quick, hot and made perfectly!

So dang tired of the staff not asking and making sure you use your Jersey Shore points! The Last 2 times we came in, they didn’t ask when checking out and some people forget … UGGGHHH so frustrating!! My husband’s sandwich is a hot sandwich so no special instructions for how to make it, so while I’m giving my instructions he jumps ahead to pay to keep the line moving and they don’t ask him about our phone number of if we want to use points. The fact these sandwiches have gotten so expensive it’s ridiculous and the points are like GOLD! So $60 worth of points LOST! I asked them for a refund and redo to get the points and they said they “couldn’t refund” once it’s paid for.

I was really happy with the Philly Cheese Steak and watermelon tea I had for lunch today! The resteraunt was clean, friendly and the service was spot on.

It’s been a few years since I’ve had food from Jersey Mike’s, because of an unpleasant experience from another location. This location however, was amazing! Awesome customer service and very attentive to the customers! Every employee seem to like their job, and it showed! I believe Barry is the manager of this location. He’s extremely nice and speaks to every person that walks into the restaurant! Highly recommend!!
