Stopped in kind of late one evening about an hour before closing. Everyone was friendly and laughing, the seating area was very clean, and the drink area was tidy. We asked about the G100 sandwich and there was a guy there that could make it! We were very excited as that has become our favorite sandwich to share! It came out quick, hot and made perfectly!

Ordered a Giant Famous Philly online and had my husband bring it home when he got off work. After a whole day of craving a Philly, and the 30 minute drive my husband spent getting it… gets here and I can’t even eat it! Specifically unchecked the peppers when ordering and they still put them on it. I’m allergic to peppers! One whole day of craving it and $19 wasted.

This Jersey Mike’s is great! I can already say it takes a lot to keep me away from one of these restaurants but this one I always like. Ordered online today and they accidentally made the wrong size sandwich. Not only was the person who was working very polite, they were quick to fix a new one despite how busy it was, and were very attentive to everyone else there. To Kelly, the individual who helped me, and all the others at the location – you are all what makes the food great!

I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about the entire experience! Little pricey lol but that’s pretty much everywhere lately. The entire staff was friendly and they ACTUALLY seemed as though they genuinely wanted to make my trip there as pleasant as possible, which blows my mind because it’s just not something you hardly observe at most places anymore. Makes me sad that it’s a one-off since I don’t live in the Tyler area But, rest assured-every time I’m here for WHATEVER reason, I at least know where I’m getting dinner from!

This location is going down hill last two times we have gone, sandwiches are as good as always but the service…its like the workers from Arby’s are over there filling in. The family is going to take a break from this location, hope they turn it around.
