AMANDA ANDERSO
Came in today to see two new faces one with facial piercings and a line to the door. Arrived at 11:55 ish ordered at 12:11. Bread wasn’t fully cooked everything was dirty grill slicer the staff was miserable. People w online orders were waiting delivery drivers walking out left and right. My sandwich was assembled sloppy wrapped incorrectly as well as bagged in correctly Pepsi and Pepsi zero we out of syrup staffs response oh well. Since I paid for a drink I took a bottled Diet Pepsi. I took both still photos and videos could not believe it
It seems that you’ve been saying the same response to everybody that’s posted the Over the past year, what is going on? Is there an ownership change a staff team? Why don’t you give an explanation? Why are you letting the story be the dirty? This is not a company standard. How can you let bread? Go uncooked people can get sick. You’re not even offering anybody to come back for a better experience not that I would come back the chat online about your location is horrific. I suggest you do more than respond the way you are

I ordered online and even picked my sandwich up early. It was soggy and mashed together. Wet bread is nasty folks. If that is what is was like when I was early, it would be even worse if I had waited. When I called, the kids told me they do what they usually do. Then he told me I could come get another sandwich. Are you for real? Do I want ro drive up there and stand over you like I am a parent to ensure I get a decent sandwich? Come on.

Cold sub that’s supposed to be hot. Chicken was still cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted. Employees don’t even speak to you, they just look at you with dissent. Terrible food, terrible service. Terrible employees. Jersey mikes is better than this.

Every time I stop by this Jersey Mike’s, it’s a reminder of why it’s one of my favorite spots. The sandwiches are always packed with flavor, made just the way I like, and the team behind the counter keeps everything running smoothly. They’re upbeat, efficient, and clearly take pride in what they do.
What really stands out is how consistently great the experience is. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch or picking up something on the go, the food is fresh, the service is welcoming, and everything comes together perfectly. As someone who grew up loving a good cheesesteak, it’s awesome to find a place that gets it right every single time.
Huge thanks to the entire crew for creating such a dependable and enjoyable place to grab a meal. This location sets the bar high, and it keeps me coming back without hesitation. Keep up the amazing work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I visited location for the first time. The ambiance was actually quite nice—calm and easy for conversation. Unfortunately, I was served stale bread, which was very disappointing. I hope they can improve their freshness.”

The bread was so old and dry, I had to peel the top layer off to eat the sandwich. The dude with dreads handed me my sandwich with an attitude like he hates life.
Never going to this location again

Update; We came tonight, April 12th, and I had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and it was really good. The crew tonight was friendly and made our sandwiches quickly. This is a really good Jersey Mike’s, food quality and staff is always very good. Thanks again!

Rude employee. Won’t be back. I’ve never been to a sub shop where you couldn’t get a hot sub. I asked for two hot number sevens. He said the health department wouldn’t let you heat the deli meat along with raw product. I was confused because I thought if you ran a griddle at the proper temperature, everything you cook on it is safe, how could that be a problem? In my confusion, I said, “what do you mean by raw product? “ He swung around and threw a drawer open and grabbed a stack of some kind of patties with paper between them and thrust it out for me to see up close and said “ this!!!” He made no attempt to explain how you would address the new health policy and adapt a new way to heat the sandwiches, so I can get my two heated number sevens. We dropped our chips and walked out. I own a retail business and to maintain success it’s crucial to treat your customers with respect. I have a one strike policy about mistreating a customer. I’m not suggesting that should be your solution but I do suggest an attitude adjustment. We used to be regular customers there.
