Ouch. This is a poor review on management. School fundraiser thing. Mike’s got busy. Staff wasn’t prepared. Words flew between a staff member and a customer. He walked out with his kids. 20-35 minute wait time. Etc. Prepare your staff for rushes. And, train them to slice faster or something or slice in advance of rushes. Snail pace doesn’t work when the line is out the door and online orders are piling up.
Quality is great. Price too high. Options on ordering online are way too limited. Why do I have to put in special instructions to add pickles? Or olives? Which apparently they don’t have lol. Wait time is always a problem but exacerbated due to fund raiser. Issue occurred yesterday evening. I probably won’t be back anytime soon as much as truly enjoy their expensive sammiches. Just too much for a sandwich including the hassle. Subway is pretty darn good for a lot less hassle. Sorry.

This is by far the best location in Texas. Angela really took incredible care of everyone in the shop all while making sandwiches. I have no idea how she does it! Incredible customer service and even better sandwiches! Will definitely be back!!

Great experience, just came after a long workout and this giant sandwich was very filling and fresh. Angela was my server and her energy was amazing and she was very sweet during my order. Amazing area, glad it opened so close to me! 100% recommend to anyone locally, the crew is amazing and it comes out insanely quick and fresh!!

If I could give this location zero stars I absolutely would. I ordered Uber Eats from this sad little location and my bowl was 1/4 of the way filled. $11 for 3 bites of food? I genuinely hope whoever packed the order and thought that was okay gets fired. There aren’t enough words or insults to describe how utterly incompetent this place is

My wife & I were able to try the new Hot Italian Sub today and talk with the store manager (Angela). We were very impressed with both.
Even though the store was busy for lunch -the workers were helpful & friendly and the store was clean.

Have been to this location several times, food is good and service is fast and friendly. Except for the last visit. Kid with the glasses making the sandwiches had a serious attitude both to his employees and to me. 3 out of the 4 sandwiches we ordered were cut in half, the sandwich to be shared was not. On taking it back up to ask if they could cut it for me the kid yelled out “We can’t take it back”, before I could even say anything. I explained the situation, got an eye roll and told the same thing. That’s fine, I get it but stuff the attitude. Next time they can eat the cost and make it again. All previous visits have been pleasant.

Jersey Mike’s has great sandwiches and their sub in a tub is fantastic for people cutting back on bread. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff there are fast, efficient and super helpful. Especially Angela, she works hard to keep everything moving so smoothly with an everlasting smile on her face.

Superb restaurant and general manager Angela is a fireball of customer service excellence. Any issues? She is full of energy and positivity to problem solve. I ended up with a delivery order door dash mixup and she was all over it helping me. Add to that the quality of the sandwiches there’s no need to go anywhere else.
