I ordered the veggie sandwich on rosemary parmesan bread to go from here. Loved it! The veggies were fresh and crunchy and the sandwich was perfectly made. This is a cold sub.
I ordered from door dash so I’ve no idea about the staff or the ambiance of this place.

I can always rely on Jersey Mike’s. The subs are packed with meat (unlike Jimmy Johns) and come the way you order them. The staff is always friendly at every location I’ve been to. I’m a returning customer and will continue to be. Sign up for the rewards. Ive already got a few sandwiches.

Update…I usually love Jersey Mike’s, but the last few times I have picked up sandwiches, the bread is very dry and over cooked. I do hope they can fix the problem soon. It is so close to my house and very convenient to order on the app.
The staff is super friendly at this location. I love the bread! It is always fresh and delicious. I usually get the ham and provolone Mike’s way. The oil and vinegar give it a wonderful flavor. We have also tried the cheesesteak and chicken sub. They are both equally delicious. The ingredients are always very fresh. I do wish they had black olives.

I came in to order something I’ve order thousands of times at different locations. I asked for no ham but I’ll add turkey instead and apparently that is not allowed. Which makes no sense. I have even bought the same sandwich at this location. I put up no fight because I found it so extremely odd that he would respond that I cannot do that and just left for another location that is further away.

Horrible service and rude employees waiting for my sandwich for over 30 minutes and no one brought it out. It was just sitting there. Had to call Ian for them to bring it out and they claimed they didn’t know that I was outside even though I checked it on the app zero out of 10 would definitely never recommend.

Update: got sandwiches from Doordash tonight, the BLT showed up with only bacon, the ham mini was on old bread. When i complained to the kid in charge tonight, he was rude, dismissive and refused to help. He said all of their bread is hard like that, asked did i take a picture of the bug that was in my sandwich and refused to remake the mess ups. When i asked for the corporate email address, because i have had issues here in the past, he gave me the bs local email address that’s easy to delete. I need an email and a call.

This is the second time my wife’s order showed up as plain bread. She ordered a BLT Mini, no modifications and we got bread. When I alerted the manager that is the second time this has happened at their location, I got excuses, instead of “let me look into this issue and how can we make this right?” Customer service has just gone down the toilet and this new generation of managers have no communication or problem resolution skills. It’s pretty sad. So at the end of the day, I PAID EIGHT DOLLARS FOR BREAD!!!

I absolutely love a good Jersey Mike’s sub. I frequent often, and I’m not sure if it’s because of the lunch rushes, but there’s been a good handful of time when my order has missed something. But no location is perfect. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and there’s always a smile when we make eye contact.

My go to place for sub sandwich. My favorite is the California Club Sub which is no longer on the menu but still make it for me. My only suggestion would be to mark the subs when making multiple purchases; as it will help when feeding a larger group. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the near future.

Jersey Mike’s continues to be an average experience. It is a decent safe bet especially in Texas lacking really good Northeastern delis. The staff was very friendly and did a great job.
