They need to figure out their process for mobile orders, because I placed one well in advanced showed up at the later part of the pickup window, and still waited an extra 15 minutes to get my food. It would have been 10 minutes faster if I just waited in line instead of pre-ordering, but I guess Jersey Mikes wants to prioritize people who have not already paid and have no choice but to wait.

The staff at this location are absolutely awesome. The Manager I always see when I go is absolutely a delight to work with and his staff members are courteous, pay attention to what you want or need and suggest some options to sandwiches you might not know are available. My order always has something special to be done and it is accurate every time. When they are crazy busy, the attention to details and kindness are truly a blessing. Not too many places give attention to the details or the customer. If I could give a 10 star review, they would be in a very small group of recipients. Thank you to the staff today, 11.09.25.

Typically, when I visit a sandwich shop or similar establishment without table service, I rarely experience notable customer service. Today, however, Max, the shift lead, completely changed that. He was extremely polite, professional, and respectful — providing better insight and service than I often receive even from full-service restaurants. Max truly embodies the high standards Jersey Mike’s is known for, and I believe he deserves a promotion.

Best Jersey Mikes in Dallas, food is always top quality but what really makes it is Justin. He is the most friendly guy, remembers my usual order but also always recommends amazing new subs to try. Genuinely such a great crew but Justin goes above and beyond. 10/10 would always recommend!

Justin was the manager on duty today and he was AMAZING! I walked in wanting a pizza flavored sub and obviously that was not on the menu, but Justin immediately put together a sandwich/wrap that tasted JUST LIKE PIZZA! He was super personable and eager! Really nice to walk into the restaurant with those vibes! Thanks Justin!!

Love Jersey Mike’s, but last visit wasn’t what I was use to. Person making sandwich seemed distracted (perhaps a newbie). Not quick ordering process i am use to. Sandwich was good though. My biggest gripe was none of the empty tables had been cleaned. Had to clean my own table, and not just crumbs.

First off, chaotic entering in, but hey at least I’m greeted. No direction or flow of service here. And once I ordered my chicken bacon ranch, they just wanted me out of the line ready to pay. They took forever to make it. And when I wanted to just add one modification , extra pickles on it, they acted is of that was complicated and gave me instructions to pre order it at the beginning of the line. Like come on man, I paid way to much for you all to just push me off as another transaction. I get it, youre busy, so what, that’s the norm there, do better for customer satisfaction. Terrible experience. Probably won’t be back. I just wanted pickles man, and Mike let me down. Disappointed in this; money wasted and in this economy??
