Stopped by the Jersey Mike’s in Allen for a quick bite and left more impressed than I expected! The team here is incredibly polite, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond. Even though it’s a franchise, this location gives off that cozy, mom-and-pop feel that keeps me coming back.
Every sub is made fresh, just the way I like it, and you can honestly taste the care they put into the food. The shop itself is spotless, well maintained, and welcoming. Huge shoutout to the staff for making this place stand out, they make every visit feel like more than just grabbing a sandwich.

I’ve eaten at otherJersey Mike’s locations. This was my 1st visit here. A friend’s office is close to this location. He and his son have never eaten at Jersey Mike’s. Someone from Jersey Mike’s came to my friend’s office today, and gave them free promotional coupons. I had the #17 Mike’s Famous Philly with Rosemary Parmesan bread, and they had the #6 Roast Beef and Provolone
with Rosemary Parmesan bread. They were delicious. We talked with several people who worked here. They answered all our questions. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Good people + good food + good customer service = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews. Thank you all!

I have been an avid Jersey Mike’s fan for over a decade, providing me my first high school job to now being a regular customer. We are so, so lucky to have this location as our neighborhood sandwich shop. The changes that have occurred over the last few years seem to stem directly from their manager, who constantly goes out of his way to provide a clean and well-managed experience.
The staff is immensely friendly, particularly the lunch crew, and consistently provide Mike’s high standards to our lunch.

Jersey Mike’s at this location has subpar service. It was previously my go-to spot, but unfortunately, it no longer meets my expectations. I visit daily during my lunch break. Recently, I had a disappointing experience, and I feel sympathetic towards the employees as well. The management is inadequate, with the manager displaying a poor attitude. A sandwich mix-up occurred, and my order was given to the wrong person. The African American young lady employee attempted to explain the situation, but the manager became defensive instead of listening to her. I wouldn’t want to work under someone with that attitude. I appreciate the employee’s efforts and wish her well. It’s essential to consider this before visiting.

I actually had not planned on going into Jersey Mike’s. I went into Einsteins Bagels next door but they were out of the bagels I really wanted. So, I went into Jersey Mike’s and ordered a Roast Beef with Provolone on Wheat. I got it “Mike’s Way” with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, oregano, vinegar and oil. The service was friendly. I took my sandwich home to eat and it was really good.

This is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience. The food tasted really off. Usually when I order this sandwich, it feels like it’s already done i should have order the giant size, but today I was only halfway through the sub when I looked at it and thought, “Oh no… I still have to eat the rest.”
It tasted extremely bitter, and I’m not sure where that bitterness came from. The flavor was so unpleasant that it made the whole meal disappointing.

Best chain subs out there! Number 13 Italian on Rosemary Parmesan bread Mike’s way is the only way to go! Don’t forget the pickles and ask for Parmesan cheese!! Also I was unaware they offer gluten free bread!

Recently discovered this place as I work for Pepsi and they serve Pepsi products. I have not ventured out from the #42 Chipotle Chicken. It’s the business! Had one blip on my most recent visit where the put cheese on when I asked for no cheese. They happily made me another one and apologized for the inconvenience. Great customer service.
