This place currently holds my attention as my go to place at lunch. Whether im with a group, a friend d, or by myself, this place delivers! Each sandwhich is made to order with some bread choices, meats sliced in front of you for freshness, and piled high! If you need a good choice, try the Original Italian, warmed! Try it “Mike’s way” or better yet, try it my way! Heavy mayo, onion, wanna pepper and tomato! Wow! What a great sandwich! Wednesday…. buy a regular or giant sub, get a free drink and chips! Wowza!

First, I was not a fan of Sub Sandwiches. That said, when my wife ask were I want to eat, I say Jersey Mikes. Why, consistency. The food, consistently good. The service, consistently good. Very few, and I mean few places in Shawnee, OK offer the consistency this restaurant does. Thanks to the food and the staff, I am a fan, and will continue to eat here. You have made me a fan of Sub Sandwiches!

The food was amazing! We had the Chipotle Chicken Chili Cheese Sandwich and the Turkey Provolone. However, our order was wrong three times and still wasn’t correct in the end. The Turkey Provolone was supposed to be a mini with extra cheese, pickles, and mayo, but we were charged for a regular size and only got pickles. For the Chipotle Chicken Chili Cheese, I received steak instead of chicken and had to wait for it to be remade. They should read back orders to ensure accuracy. Also, the floor behind the counter was very dirty.
I look forward to the growth of this new establishment in Shawnee and I’m sure we will return!

Went to Jersey Mikes for late lunch & they we’re starting to get busy, but that’s ok, didn’t take long at all!! They just hustled us right on through!! No mistakes. I’m so excited we have a Jersey Mike’s Sub. They are delicious!!! Hubby had a cold cut kind with peppers of course, I had # 43, and oh goodness, it was good, all steak, no hamburger & my fav cheese!!!! WOW, it was yummy!! Plus, tea to drink and other sodas are available, tea, was pretty good!

Food was good but ham and provolone was kind of bland. Limited number of veggie items to add. Added some black olives when we got home which enhanced the taste. Long line for ordering but it moved fairly quickly.

Not only does this place have great food, but they also have great employees and Service. They are absolutely wonderful to their Uber drivers, which is usually why I’m in there. They always offer me something to drink and try to take care of me as if I am one of their own. I highly recommend this place.

The team was very accommodating for my dietary restrictions. I called in to confirm that they would be able to prepare my food without any cross contamination and they prepared a clean surface and prepared the sandwich away from the other food as a preventative measure. The sandwich was delicious, and the portion was extremely generous. On top of this, they have a promotion where you can receive a free combo on Wednesday when paying full price for a regular sub. Honestly I did not expect this level of service, but on top of that I enjoyed my food as well. God bless the employees that work here.

They have no record of my remake which leaves the “honor system”. Lucky for you guys, I kept my receipt for this exact reason.
Once the gentleman heard that my complaint was valid and have an actual receipt, he changed his tone. Interesting.
Here’s my advice, treat everyone with respect regardless of your personal opinion of someone.
Will not be receiving my free, well deserved sandwich and will not recommend this location ✌️
Thankfully, this wasn’t my first experience and I know this isn’t the standard for Jersey Mikes. Try a different location.

I just had a horrible experience at this location. I ordered a Giant #17 on a rosemary bun and there was only one person ahead of me in line. After placing my order and paying first, four other customers came in after me. To my frustration, all four of them received their food before I did, even though I had already paid and was clearly waiting.
This was not only unfair but also extremely upsetting. When you pay for your food and order first, you expect your meal to come out in order. The lack of organization and customer care ruined the experience.
Highly disappointed. Horrible service.
