This was my very first time visiting Jersey Mike’s, and I decided to go big with the roast beef and provolone 12-inch sub — Mike’s Way, of course! I had it loaded with everything: jalapeños, banana peppers, tomatoes, pickles, oil, vinegar, and spices.
The flavor was absolutely amazing — fresh-sliced meat, soft bread, and the perfect balance of spice and tang. You can tell they care about quality and freshness with every bite. I’ve had plenty of subs before, but this one definitely stands out as one of the best.
If you’ve never been to Jersey Mike’s, do yourself a favor and try one Mike’s Way. You won’t be disappointed!

Went there yesterday to order a sandwich before I went back home. As I entered the building I was informed they were only taking cash. I ordered online and told them I had ordered my sandwich online since they was not accepting cards. He told me it would be a little wait. I waited about 20 minutes and watched them make sandwiches for at least 7-8 people that came in after me. I asked the service guy again how long was the wait. He stated since I ordered online I would have to “wait in line”. I tried to explain to him again why I ordered online, due to them not taking cards. He did not care so I asked for a refund, which he told me I had to get it online with a attitude. Of course i was not able to request a refund online. I ended up calling back about 40 minutes later to the store and finally got a refund. I really don’t know what the attitude was about. Situation could have been handled more professional.

So Wednesday is supposed to be if you order a sandwich you get the chip and the drink. My husband goes in orders a lg sandwich and a chip and a drink. He was charged for all. So I call back and I ask about it? Kid ( male) said you have to say a phrase in order to get the drink and the chips. That is ridiculous. Never have we had to say anything. Also he asked for extra mayo he got just a dap. When I called back kid was not caring at all. Last time there. My husband is having treatment so we have to be over here 45 days. He loves jersey Mike’s but since the kid don’t care I guess neither do we! Its all about customer service

Food was great. Workers were working hard, but they were fighting a losing battle against online orders. They couldn’t serve the endless line of people in store because of the UNGODLY amount of online orders. DoorDash and online orders ARE KILLING THE FOOD BUSINESS. not one person in that building was happy and it was palpable.

I waited in line for 20 minutes at least while people with their apps were being serviced before people standing in line. To further aggravate the situation the temperature was set to 65° or colder. I couldn’t believe how cold it was in there so I went home and got my thermometer and came back (see picture). By the time I returned, they had turned the thermostat up to 69. Now here’s the cold hard truth, when I asked to speak to the manager he was gone, so I was instructed to talk to the assistant manager who told me this, “the grille is hot so I like to keep myself cool by turning the temperature down”. When I showed him my thermometer and he just missed it as “tough”. Also, the employees heard me complaining, so they “forgot” to make my order and when they did they dilibertly made it wrong in retaliation. My friday evening out was ruined.

The sandwiches were good but WAAAAY overpriced, and they were asking for a tip just causing this soaring tip-flation and inflation to continue!!! Good sandwiches, but you’re gonna pay 3 times what they’re worth, which really is disgusting in every way possible. SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!!
