This is my 3rd time coming to this location in 5 days. 1st time I ordered it online well in advance. Get there and had to wait 15mins for my online order while walks in were getting prioritized. Get home and the order was wrong. Called and spoke with Jordan and he corrected it the next day, which I appreciated. Last night I made a large order online. It was suppose to be ready 20mins prior and they never started on it. This location has gone downhill.

First off I gotta give a huge positive shot out to the manager Isaiah, to thr sub ladies Grace, Jay and I t think the others Caden. Sorry if I got some nake wrong. The hmguy that called out my husbands funny nick name of Daddy. Lol. Such good sports. Everyone thought it was funny. Such great attitudes. Phenomenal above and beyond service. I recently visited Jersey Mike’s and I must say, the service I received today was nothing short of exceptional—a true 10-star experience!
Upon entering, the first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the establishment. It was spotless. Next, I was greeted by incredibly friendly and attentive employees who made me feel welcome from the get-go.
For those who haven’t experienced Jersey Mike’s, let me fill you in: your choice of cheese and meat is freshly sliced right in front of you. The quality and freshness are unmatched. Today, I enjoyed the Number Nine Club Supreme, featuring roast beef, turkey, Swiss cheese, applewood smoked bacon, and mayo. Each bite was a burst of flavor—absolutely heavenly. I highly recommend trying it in a tomato basil wrap, though I suspect anything on the menu will delight your taste buds.
If you’re looking for great service and delicious food, Jersey Mike’s is the place to go. Be sure to tell them Ed sent you! The attached photo is of the closing shift dream team, led by the amazing manager Thomas. Everyone on staff was fantastic and made our dining experience a joy.

I brought my family into this location because it was my son’s birthday and Jersey Mike’s is his favorite place to eat. The food was fantastic as always, but the reason for my review is the people working last night were 150% amazing! Super friendly from the moment we walked in, to fast, efficient, and friendly service! They really do go above and beyond to make you feel like family, including comping my son’s extras (chips, cookie, and drink) since it was his birthday. We were thanked multiple times for helping to support their business and my son heard happy birthday from each of the 4 people working. They really all deserve the highest praise for just simply being awesome people. If I could go higher than 5 stars, I certainly would. I honestly can’t remember the last time we had such an awesome experience at a place to eat. Thank you so much Jersey Mike’s crew for a great birthday dinner! We won’t forget it!

Then you get your food unmarked sandwiches…(-2 stars) I ordered ALL sandwiches without tomato and Mayo as the people eating them requested….. Accurate order – NOPE (-2 stars). Called to talk to manager and he tells me he made the sandwiches personally and none had Mayo or tomatoes. I thankfully took pictures… But because this is an individually owned store… This has to be the type of business they allow or coach…I don’t do business like that. (-1 star).
If you are looking for accurate orders on spending $78+ …. This isn’t the place. Expensive experience learned by myself.
The online ordering made it easy.. Easy in and out of the parking lot. This won’t get my business next time.

i hate to review this. i found some sort of fly in my sub. after taking a bite i looked down and saw the fly laying flat next to my bite lol. i immediately lost my appetite. i picked through the whole sub making sure there wasnt any others which is why its a bit disheveled. i dont know how i feel about this, i dont think its a huge problem since i didnt consume it but in reality its a serious health hazard; which is why im leaving a review. ive always enjoyed this store but im so disappointed to have experienced this. i understand that there could be possible flies that get into the containers since it is out of the employees control and sight, but it just makes me feel a bit icky. i dont despise the workers or this store because of this, im just disappointed in this specific experience. i dont know what to say. i mean its just a fly inside a sub and theres way more important issues to be focusing on which is why im a bit iffy on this. i would still come back to this store but not after a while. by the way i used a coupon for this sub and visited the store around 8:20 pm on 11/10.

This place at one time was a great shop. It’s not good when you come in at lunch and everyone behind the counter is playing around or arguing with each other instead of making the sandwiches. Waited over 15 minutes for two sandwiches and then the order was wrong but didn’t have time for them to make again.

Ordered online, and the two girls who were working were yelling when I was literally 10 feet away instead of approaching me they screamed first and last names in which werent me. Literally ordered an hour ahead because they take forever and it’s still not done when we get here an hour later. Been waiting and waiting while they prioritize 10 walk ins before they begin our order we paid for an hour ago. Update: and they made our sandwiches incorrectly. Never going to this place again.
