Jersey Mike’s is truly one of a kind. The owners are amazing , ambitious and truly kind. The month of March is forg giving. Please make sure I’m going to support them. Manager trey and assistant manager Jocelyn are warm and welcoming. I love the diversity and atmosphere. Don’t forget to get Mike’s way. It’s the only way

Dec. 30, high of 62, but temp dropping. A bit warm in here with the heater. Food was amazing; service was swift and pleasant. Not much for desserts, but I like that. Decent prices; I tried a mini cold, and a regular hot sub with a drink for right around $20. Parking is simple and plentiful. Great place.

Whenever I need a solid sub and a smiling face, I go into Jersey Mike’s here in Bentonville. Brady was nice to engage in conversation, make a stellar sandwich, and deserves a raise!!! Thanks Brady for the great sandwich and see you next time Sir.

We came in at a busy lunch time rush , the crew was quick at getting everyone taken care of. Also after the rush they had the entire lobby cleaned up before we finished and left. Today’s crew deserve praise!

Good but LEARN HOW TO CUT THE BREAD ALL THE WAY THROUGH . Sucks for people who get sandwiches to go and try to eat and drive but there bread the last 3 ordered isn’t cut all way through so you just eat a sandwich loaf

I love Jersey Mike’s! They are consistently a great sandwich! Plus everyone that works there is so kind and accommodating. The best part was when I was checking out, Melanie, who had the biggest smile and so cheerful, made the visit amazing! The only issue I had and the reason why I gave three stars for atmosphere unbelievably hot inside. Hopefully the air conditioner will be fixed soon. But that won’t stop me from getting sandwiches to go. Highly recommend the club sub with Swiss and substitute the prosciutto for the ham. Great place!

I was actually surprised and not upset with my purchase. I originally thought I would be disappointed in the size of the sandwich I ordered, but I was right on the money. The Original Italian or #13 taste similar to the #2 you can get at Lenny’s. It was so delicious, I went back and had them make me a salad with the same setup minus the bacon. I was told there’s possibly a chance a Jersey Mike’s will open up in Fayetteville to avoid me driving up or waiting until I work in the area to enjoy another delicious sub. I hope the location will be on Dickson Street instead of Joyce Blvd or MLK Jr., because the students and crowds on Dickson St. would enjoy an alternative to Jimmy John’s.

1st time eating at Jersey Mike’s as I have a hard time paying $20 for a 14″ sub sandwich. Blake recommended the #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak and it was really good. Capriotti’s offers an 18″ for about $1 more but this sandwich was pretty good. The chipotle mayo was the highlight. Michael at checkout was a kind and talkative chap who seemed to actually give a damn about the customer experience which is rare nowadays. He asked how I was doing and even listened and engaged when I went out of my way to give him an exhaustive answer. Quick in and out, service with a smile and encouraged me to join their app to earn free sandwiches in the future, including birthdays was a nice touch. Worthy of the $5 tip, sandwich value was on the low side but just about everything is nowadays due to inflation.

Sub was very good. I got the number seven Rosemary parmesan bread, and everything except pickles. It was a very good sandwich. Nothing to complain as far as the food. Everything was good but I found offence to being confronted with a tip on the card machine. Jersey Mike must not pay their employees good enough for their employees that I’m encouraged to tip. Please know a tip is for service. Are you telling me Jersey Mike that for me standing in line, ordering, getting my own drink and paying for my meal that you want me to tip? There are other sub places for me to visit. You have a great sandwich but not to the extent that you want me to tip.
