I have admired the product on advertising and was happy to hear that a location was open in Benton.
The store was clean and staffed for serious business. They were busy but the line moved along quickly. I had a giant Original Italian and my wife had the regular Chicken Philly Cheese. These sandwiches were on point.
I had mine Mike’s Way add mayo, banana peppers, and cherry pepper spread. Oh man it was good!! Bread was super fresh and toppings well loaded. The Agave Vanilla Cream Soda was awesome too.
These are not a $5 footlong and are worth every penny. The sandwich dresser told me I couldn’t eat all my giant… hahaha, she was
wrong.

First time inside, the crew here is like a well oiled machine. They are working together, they are putting out orders, cleaning up after each, greeting customers and taking online orders. I am very impressed at how well these girls and guys are working so efficiently!! Everyone here looks professional and friendly. It’s 12:07 on Monday October 27th 2025. You don’t see this anywhere anymore! Great Job!

Sandwich places really are all about personal preferences, and I guess they are my preference! My only complaint is that if you order ahead, you better be prompt to eat it. The oil sets in pretty quickly, and can make the bread soggy if you wait too long.

This may very well be the best Philly in Arkansas!!! (And this, from someone who’s eaten a true Philly in Philadelphia!) Clean, fast, fresh, and friendly.. You pay a little more than Subway, but from the fresh bread to deli cut-to-order meat, this place is almost UnBeAtAbLe!!!

The sandwiches are great, but I think what I love most about Jersey Mike’s is their dedication to service. There are lots of ways to pick up your order (in store, pick-up counter, drive thru, curbside) and every one of those options have fast and friendly employees ready to help.
We’ve tried several sandwiches and they’ve all been great… Try it Mike’s Way, even if you’re not usually a fan of olive oil and vinegar!

So, so very excited to see this in Central Arkansas! Best darn cheesesteaks outside of Philly you can have. Staff was very nice, and the place is spotless. I cannot describe the feeling of eating a Chipotle Cheesesteak with extra cheese and Jalapeños added. It was my wife’s first time eating at one, and she was extremely happy!
