Today I visited the Bossier City location and William was my server! He was so kind and patient with me as I decided what I wanted to order. He even offered to put some toppings I wasn’t sure about on the side! Thank you William for making my first Jersey Mike’s experience such a fantastic one! ❤️ I will be back to get another veggie sub, and the sauce was wonderful!

Specifically this location is 10/10! Everyone is literally so nice & cheerful. I wish I got everyone’s names but whoever was working on March 6 at 6pm- y’all were fantastic. Exceptional customer service!!! Please give these employees a raise and/or a very good bonus!!

This was my first time here and I will definitely return! The service is excellent! And sandwiches are really really good!! One thing that would definitely bring me back more often, is if they would lower their prices just slightly. It’s just hard to give them as much business as I would like with the prices being so high. But otherwise this place is great!

order in less than 10 minutes. I got the Chucken Philly Cheesesteak, chips and a drink and it was as good as I recall. Definitely a spot to hit if you want great food and service, hot and cold sandwiches gives you options!

Perfect. Classic Italian on White, Mike’s Way add Mayo. Not a Pepsi Fan but they have other options like, Classic Cream Soda and Classic Root Beer and Tea which are great!

might’ve been the best restaurant experience i’ve ever had! my mama and i picked up dinner for my brother’s birthday. everyone was super friendly and welcoming and they decorated my brother’s sandwich bag with birthday wishes and pictures! they also made sure we had fresh bacon and offered water cups. it was so refreshing to see a staff so friendly with each other, with the banter and playfullness and all. will definitely be back!
