Im a regular customer, almost daily, I decided to get a different sub so I ordered a Club Supreme. It’s supposed to come with bacon. If you ever been to the store you always see 20lbs piled high of smoked bacon. They put 4-5 pieces of turkey and roast beef same 3-5 pieces. But when it came to the bacon, this guy I’ve never seen before grabbed the smallest piece, one tiny piece, of bacon and tore it in half and that’s all the bacon he put on the sub. I couldn’t even taste it on the sub that’s how little bacon was on the sub, a $9.00 sub. I was very disappointed to say the least and will NOT be back. The bread is always chewy too but they advertise ” A Sub Above”. After today it’s ” A Sub Below “

Took my friend in for the first time yesterday 9/23/24 and the staff was great especially Micha. He went above and beyond to help my friend when he walked in and said he wanted all the meats on his sandwich…lol. The crew was very professional and kind. I also loved that they really interacted with us while making our food. We will be back! 5 for sure!!

I visited this location and it was great! The crew was Micha (very witty and funny), Logan Jr, and Gracie. They are led by their manager Allyson. Allyson does a great job overseeing this location! They were minutes from closing and I ordered a sandwich which required bacon but they didn’t have any made. I told them no please don’t cook any special for me but they insisted! This is service and attention to detail the way it should be at this Jersey Mikes!

Store hours says they close at 6pm for Christmas Eve however, there was a sign on the door saying that they were out White Bread. I called the store around 5:15pm and the employee stated that the store closed at 5pm and whenever I mentioned that the online hours said 6pm the employee stated that the website was incorrect. Seems as if the employees took it upon themselves to shut the store down earlier than posted hours. We wouldn’t have driven to the restaurant had the online hours been accurate

I love Jersey Mikes, i had a great experience. The customer service was top notch, Micah was super friendly and helpful the whole time. Micah really made the environment feel welcoming and positive. Food was amazing, will be back.

This is my second experience at jerseys Mike’s! I love the food! First experience was awesome There was a wait at the store tonight which I didn’t have a problem with. Im a very patient person. The manager named Travis had an attitude and he was being rude to me and my coworker. My coworker was making jokes towards me while ordering. I didn’t have an attitude or anything with Travis. He was saying stuff and thought I didn’t hear him. He said ” you don’t see what we having going on here” , then when I told him my name for the order he was looking at me crazy when I spelled my name and then he proceeded to tell me I don’t have to order a chicken bacon ranch. I told him he was not about to talk to me that way cause I heard the remarks he was already making. That was not how he was supposed to handle customer service. Especially when I deal with customers on a daily.
