Great service. Grabbed a #9 Giant size, and a bag of Doritos too. I Love the #9. Also, “The Big Kahuna”, is good for when I want a hot sandwich. Both employees that worked on my sandwich were personable and professional. The one finishing my sandwich was newer, but did great! Smiled, and repeated what I wanted back to me. Great service.

I recently stopped by Jersey Mike’s and ordered the Philly Cheese sandwich — and it did not disappoint! The sandwich was freshly cooked; the bread was soft and fresh, the meat was flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted. Every bite tasted amazing.
The service was excellent as well — the staff was friendly, quick, and made the whole experience enjoyable.
And let’s not forget the chocolate chip cookie — it was incredible! Soft, fresh, and it just melted in my mouth. The perfect sweet finish to a great meal.
Highly recommend Jersey Mike’s. I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered a giant! Contents inside the sandwich were good but I remember when I used to go to jersey mikes and I would take my employees out multiple times and I’d order a giant in which it was, I felt full when I finished it. Bread reminded me of a subway sandwich. From a owner /operator to another… . Don’t be the next subway closing up hundreds of locations. You’re heading in that direction! Qc your bread.. It felt flat, thin, meat was hanging outside the bread..did not offer another bread. We live in the customer experience economy! The bread sells your sandwiches. I kept my cigar lit and put it in pocket on my moonroof. Went inside, ordered. I even asked the employee, do you have anything larger… He said you can order 2 giants and my rebuttal was for the price of 1 yes.. Me and him both laughed. I workout and fit with a bit of a appetite. My cigar still lit when I went into my car as I’m writing this review! Do better!! You got smaller startups after you!! I won’t be going unless I have to, not because I want to.

Food was decent, but they were out of mushrooms for the sandwich I wanted. Most of the sandwiches are cold. Workers were nice, but assumed we had been there before, which is weird. Was not much food for the price considering the more popular franchise sandwich place give you a foot long for about
$10.

Ordered JMs Italian sub delivered by door dash today. The website was easy to use, the service was quick and transparent, but I can’t comment on the atmosphere because I did not go to the store. The sandwich was very favorable, chips by sun chips were good and you can mess up a cookie. They were good too. This was my first time trying JMs and I will be back and recommend to anyone to go try them.

Don’t get me wrong, I love jersey mikes. But just my door dash order and it was completely wrong. So I advise if you get sandwiches from this store. Go to the store and order your sandwiches. To make sure you get the correct stuff that you want. Also to pay $60 plus for 2 sandwiches and not get what you ordered is absolutely unacceptable.

Are you kidding me??? I watched the guy slice fresh onions and then sit them next to trash just piled up on a cart. I asked him do you think that’s sanitary???
said absolutely nothing. It’s 6pm and no customers why can’t someone take the trash out.
Trash and onions fresh sitting right next to each other

My husband and grandson was there on August 1, they ordered a giant sub and a regular sub and two drinks and chips. He told the server that we were loyalty members we have points to redeem for a giant sub. My husband thought it was more than it should have been with the credit that we should have got. We were charged for two regular subs and one giant sub and two drinks. and my points were also used, but no credit for the points that they used. I called after they returned home to try to get credit for one of the regular subs, whoever answered the phone said they were not sure how to give us a credit had to call his boss. I was put on hold for a good 20 minutes while this was done came back on the phone and said will give you credit, 4 days later the credit does not show up in my account. We had problems at this location previously. Make sure you check your receipt before you leave the store!
