Food is great, staff is nice and goes quick. It’s -4° and the heat is off, though unit is set to 60 and blowing cold air. Also bathrooms get no hot water. Staff have a space heater in the back to keep warm and I’m concerned for food safety if I can’t get hot water in the bathroom how are they running the dishwasher and washing hand properly.

Update: (7/23/18)So I went back to try them again because as with any restaurant they can have bad days depending on the workers. Well there was two gentlemen there that were really nice. They explained what come on the sandwiches I picked. Handwashing was done and clean gloves were being used properly. My sandwiches were so good!
Old post:Food is decent although sometimes the bread seems a bite stale. My other issue is that they are not quick to change gloves after doing other things with them such as ringing up food or touching other non food items. Staff is always really nice though.

Love their subs. The philly cheese steak is amazing and the portions are large! I can’t really say I have ever had an average sandwich at Jersey Mikes. And the staff are always very friendly at all the Lincoln locations.

Picking up an order for a customer. There was no signs for pick up location, went to order counter, but told me to stand by the soda they would take care of me the order was still being made. I wanted them bag it and move over behind the register. Then watched 4 employees get oblong their phone while 3 were still working. Didnt get acknowledged again until the women at the register got a sec. My order had been sitting there for 5 min. Very poor customer service. Will be avoiding orders to this location.

Had coupon for a deal if you get three giant sandwiches. Turns out giant is an accurate term. They were massive and stuffed to bursting. Staff was nice, but really hard to understand over shop noise. Make sure to check what the Mike’s way is before agreeing to it… especially you picky eaters. Although a small shop, it has indoor and outdoor seating. You can apparently also join the shore club and earn free sandwiches.

What looked like the restaurant’s managers (based of their fancy JMs branded jackets) taking up 2 separate tables during the lunch rush with their laptops doing some sort of training is kind of awkward. let them do that from home or in the back. this is the only reason I give atmosphere 2 stars.
Other than that. Food and service was Great. its Jersey Mikes its going to take about 10 minutes for them to cook your food and your food is going to taste better for it. The other reviews that complain about it are actually kind of sad when you think about it. they are so accustomed to warm food that has been cooked in a microwave that the idea of cooking food properly doesn’t even come into play in their experience.
Also this specific location is one of the few restaurant’s, not just JMs, that knows that when cooking a Philly you chop up the onions so as to not have long stringy onions slithering out of the sandwich as you take a bite. It is for this reason alone that I routinely return to this location.
