Ordered sandwiches online 45 minutes before I was scheduled to pick them up got there they weren’t ready yet. They hadn’t even started on them. Said it would take just a couple of minutes. We waited for 20 minutes. Still hadn’t started on the sandwiches so we left and came back another 45 minutes later and they were finally done an hour and a half after the scheduled pick up time. . We had asked whether or not it was going to take longer than 10 minutes and if so, we wanted a refund they said no it would only take about five minutes. Great food, but we won’t be back. This is the third time this has happened to us.

Everyone tells me how they love Jersey mike’s. So on recent trip to Costco next door we decided to give it a try. First let me say the service was fabulous. However, I had the regular Classic Italian and I could have made it myself at home, nothing special. My husband had the regular Chicken Philly. There was so much cheese you couldn’t taste the chicken or veggies. On the upside, his came out pipping hot which was a plus.

Been here several times since opening! Today’s order was through the app! Super easy to use! I was early for my order so waited a short! All the staff is very friendly & my order was accurate! They have gluten-free bread that is perfect for their sandwiches! Best sandwich shop ever(each meat & cheese is cut fresh for each sandwich! Amazing!) ! Must try multiple times to find your favorite, or two, or three! This time I had the chicken bacon ranch #26 on gluten-free bread, my new favorite!!! The other order is on reg bread, the original Italian #13. Yummy stop for pick up or eat in!

Really great food. Recommend the steak Philly they grill the meat, onions, peppers together. Love it.

However the order set up needs improvement, along with keeping the fountain pop changed.

This sub restraunt puts all the other big chain sub shops to shame. The deli meats are cut fresh and have better flavor than all the others. The location is clean and staff is excellent. Their points program is definitely a plus for discounts on price.

We are loyal customers of Jersey Mike’s and get sandwiches from them weekly. Since we had heard the new store in LaVista was open we wanted to give it a try. We got our usual order a #3 giant, #99 giant and small tuna on rosemary parmesan bread. We were pretty disappointed that the sandwiches just were not prepared as we are used to receiving and the amount of meat on them was lacking. I called into the store that evening and was told that Candace would given me a call which never happened. I did get a call from her business partner who listed to my concerns and provided me with exceptional customer service. I have included a picture of the remade #3 which was returned and ultimately refunded. Just for reference the three sandwiches were almost 50.00 plus tip.

I love the sandwiches here. They have a good selection of meats including a vegetarian option. Here you can also get hot or cold subs with a gluten free bun as well. Or if you’re going low carb, they have a bowl option. I’ve tried a variety of their offerings and my favorite by far is the CLUB SUB on the rosemary bread. Don’t forget to add the pepper relish! It’s a signature jalapeno pepper relish that is fantastic with a good balance of heat and acid. It’s so good they even sell it by the jar. The atmosphere seems positive, energetic and casual (I’ve always taken my food to go).
The only reason I don’t give this place 5 stars is because of the inconsistency of both food and service. Some days they do a great job making my sandwich and others they couldn’t care less. This issue also extends to the bacon…most of the time it’s good but I’ve had some severely overcooked bacon a couple times that just ruin it and I have to pick it off. Even though I’m disappointed from time to time I still keep coming back because overall it’s a good sub shop.

The California chicken cheesesteak was nearly inedible with the amount of mayo they added. The shop had one other customer when I arrived so not sure why the food was prepared so poorly.

Do better at take out! This has happened to me 3 times so that is why I’m giving a review! This is supposed to be a wrap and cut in half! The wrap is broke into pieces so unable to pick up and eat! Do better! Take our needs to improve!
