Called to order take out, Nick was very rude and short with me. Asked for all of the condiments including lettuce, onion, and tomato to be on the side. Every sandwich had everything on them. Definitely do not recommend this location. Maybe teach your employees better customer service and don’t be a jerk to someone supporting your business.

My opinions on this location are very mixed. I love Jersey mikes but their priorities when it comes to service feel a bit strange. My online order is consistently not ready when it says and I am almost always waiting an additional 10-20 minutes after my supposed pickup time. Sometimes I even consider asking them to cancel the order so that I can just walk through the line myself.

I come here all the time. Recently there is a trend when they are slicing your meat to give you half a slice and call it good. I am paying for your sandwich stop ripping people off. And when you have a phone call don’t use the gloves you are making food with to touch the phone. I watched you do it twice that’s disgusting. I have spoken to the gentleman who owns this place and he would not be happy with how it’s run. That’s gross.

First time I had a sandwich from here my son ordered a delivery, so I decided I was going to go a second time and eat there! Although the gal that took my order misunderstood my request for a gluten-free bun, they quickly fixed it and even gave me a gluten-free cookie! Thank you! Your customer service was excellent! Seems like the quality has gone down in the last year or so… Going to have to start checking out carry out order before leaving the store.. Would love to give less than 1 star!!! Very bad experience. With tip and taxes there was over $14.00 in fees to have 2 sandwiches delivered, but we usually enjoy the subs so thought why not – mistake! When the sandwiches were wrapped the person wrapping both my sandwich and my Wife’s sandwich rolled them in paper and tucked the paper right into the cheese! These were supposed to be Cheesesteak sandwiches so hot melted cheese was NOT ON THE SANDWICHES, but it WAS all over the paper!!! There is NO way to get hot melted cheese off the stupid damn paper. You delivered an extremely poor experience to us and as such it will be our last. Take some pride in what you do or just don’t do it.
Buyers beware, this JM store has a ton of bad reviews and I wish I had checked before ordering. Lesson learned.
