I was impressed with the way that the guys wiped down the counter as I ordered a gluten free sub from them. The meat was fresh and tasty, so much better than some of the other sub restaurants. The GF bread, by Udi, was dry. It wasn’t the restaurant’s fault, that is just the way this brand of bread is. Maybe next time I’ll order the sandwich in a bowl to avoid the bread. The fountain drinks were really good and tasty. I liked that they had a variety of desserts and chips. The service was good and there is ample room to eat inside the restaurant. The only drawback that I experienced was the price of the food is on the high side. It was a good experience.

Jersey Mike’s is an awesome place that you make great subs. The bread and the vegetables are fresh and the amount of meat overflows on your bread. Staff is very professional. It seems like they keep the place very clean and sanitized. I like that they have the Agave drinks like the cream soda.

I usually go to Jersey Mike’s in the KC area and I’m always super happy with the service, cleanliness, and quality of food. I was throughly dissatisfied with my Mobile order at the Lawrence location. Although the food was ready as the set time my fiancé and I watched as the workers fooled around in the store leaving one guy to clean and make sandwiches. My sandwich was missing toppings and when I went in to discuss with the employees they just stated they ran out. We ate our food in the parking lot and watched them bring out more of said topping. I gladly would have waited so I could get the complete sandwich that I ordered. The store was not busy at all. The whole conflict could have been avoided by them informing us on pickup or offering to get the topping from the back. My fiancés “hot” sandwich was more lukewarm than hot. I do not plan to visit this location again unfortunately. If you want great customer service and food get Jersey mikes in the kc metro.

The service was terrible and rude. There were FIVE guys there and the service was slow, unsanitary, and just terribly rude.
I went there to grab a quick sandwich for my 2 girls before going trick or treating. I ordered 2 plain turkey and cheese sandwiches. I asked them not to toast it–the guy rudely said “well we dont even do that here” .. okay, my bad. We also watched him use a dirty knife to cut our sandwiches (the whole point of wanting plain sandwiches is just that–not for a mustard and mayo knife to cut it). THEN the guy at the register didnt say a word–so he is looking around waiting on me to pay but hadn’t actual said, “your total is…” or initiated really any customer service type conversation.

Basically, the worst service I’ve had at this place (i did see they had a crap load pick up orders but that shouldnt excuse them being rude as heck to me and my daughters)….do better.

Three stars because of all the good sandwiches I’ve gotten from here but feel like quality is sliding. Last few times there’s less meat on the sandwich and today I order a club and pick it up just to find there’s no pepper relish, no Mayo, and if there was I couldn’t tell any oil vinegar salt pepper oregano. Haven’t had it in a while and was excited for lunch just to get this dry sando. Even tipped which I wish I hadn’t now that I had to try and fix it at the house without relish or Mayo 🙁 Feel like when it hits it’s the best sandwich in town but don’t really enjoy spending $20+ on some meh. Not sure I’ll be back anytime soon…

We love the food. We typically stop in on Sundays. Last time: out of all napkins. They handed out towels from the bathrooms.
Today: out if the oil which is a key feature of their sandwiches. And soda fountain was dry.
Do you need a new weekend manager? Better inventory control?

Pulled up before close and got a dirty look through window. Drove off and didn’t waste money.
Would not have been worth the price of service or food that you charge.
Won’t ever return to this location, will make sure to drive on by to a store that wants money for the overall day and customer

Picked up order, got home and the wrong sandwiches were inside. When I called, they said I never picked it up, despite grabbing a bag clearly with my name on it. When I asked for a refund, they snapped at me that they couldn’t process it right away, said its above their pay grade to verify that I would get refunded and that my rewards points would also be refunded, and HUNG UP on me. Extremely rude, I waited 45 minutes for my order and a 30 minute drive.
Usually they are decent, sometimes miss stuff on my orders, so it’s a shame I had a such a bad experience before moving away.

My experience when we went in was great. The employees were very nice and efficient. I had a large group and they did not seem to mind.
