Making a customer wait at the counter to pick up an order while the manager and other employees are goofing off in the back room for over 5 minutes is not good customer service. You all are lucky you have good sandwiches because I definitely don’t recommend coming here for good customer service. Then getting an attitude and acting like I as a customer should have been aware of your new pick up shelf that has absolutely no signage to indicate that is where customers should go. I don’t even blame the only guy who was actually working at the grill because he was actually working!

This sandwich shop has a New York City deli feel. Fresh sliced meats with lots of tables to sit at. It feels like a healthy option to eat in or takeout. I recommend it!

So I ordered on the app. I got there while they were still cooking my sandwich so I watched them make it.
I paid for extra meat which was an extra $5.50. I also asked for heavy mayo and salt and pepper.
They put very little mayonnaise on the sandwich and did not put salt and pepper on it. But more importantly they did not put extra meat on the sandwich.
When I told the girl that I had asked for the extras she got an attitude because she had to unwrap the sandwich and add the mayo and salt and pepper.
I then questioned the extra meat that I paid for and another girl wanted to argue with me about it.
I seen with my own eyes that the extra meat didn’t get added.
I paid $28.00 for a sandwich that was not prepared as requested and I got cheated $5.50 because they didn’t give me what I paid for.
That’s theft and seems to be popular for restaurants these days.
They have lost the right to ever have my business again and deserve to go out of business.
The Customer is always right.
I did not pay for awful service and rude attitudes.
If they can’t do better than this they need to close the doors and not do it at all…

Jersey’s Mike was good until the massive price hike for fast food subs. But now with the price hike it is not worth what you get. Go around the corner to Queen City Deli, where you can sit down and enjoy your meal with chips or a salad and a drink and support a local restaurant, plus the food is 100% better and lunch specials are cheaper than Mikes new high prices.

It was about 3pm on a weekday so very quiet . I had never eaten there myself but came in explaining I wanted to get a fork because I wouldn’t be eating all my bread so they suggested a bowl with bread on the side. Actually it was amazing because they slice the meats and cheeses fresh each order then I got a huge salad bowl and the bread on the side so I could take some home for later. The staff was super nice

#13 Giant-The Original Giant was nice flavorful sandwich. Plenty to share for two adults. White bread was fresh!
#7 Reg-Turkey and Provolone. Tasted fine, nothing exceptional, no complaints.

I love Jersey Mike’s! I frequently order online so I use the reward system quite a bit. I ordered in person today because I had cash on me. Will checked me out, I handed him cash and went to type in my number, he automatically passed it so I didn’t get rewards. When I asked him if we can redo the transaction so I can get my rewards, he acted like that couldn’t be done. Lol. I’ll just go to the other location from now on until this one gets better staff.
