30 minutes to get my sandwich. Only 1 employee working the grill. 2 people standing around chatting. I watched and the way they are set up and working was very inefficient, slow, and lacking in urgency. The food is good, but not worth the wait for the cost.

My wife and I eat here every now and then when we are in the area. About 2 weeks ago we stopped in and had our best experience since Jersey Mike’s opened here. The young lady that took our order was a pleasure to talk with. She made our sub, while also conversing with other customers checking on their orders. Her ability to multitask was amazing. She also handled the cash register when I paid for our sandwich. Later we noticed her wiping off tables and sweeping the floor. I personally told her she was responsible for our enjoyable experience that day! Our sandwich was very good, her attitude and with ethic was commendable as was the conversation. Before we left I asked her name. It was Chloe. Employees like her will help your business grow, she’s a definite keeper!

Tried the philly yesterday and it tasted really good but very skimpy on the meat it was mostly bread . Luckily i had made some pulled pork the day before so i warmed some up and added it to the sandwich. Was so good. The picture is what it looked like after i added some pulled pork to it.

It’s really annoying that places like this Ask you for a tip before they even provide service. I ordered my food online got there 5 minutes after I received a message saying it was ready, yet they hadn’t even started it. I’ve watched several people come in order their food after me yet, get it before me. I really wish I could cancel the tip. I went back today to give them a second chance and they did better so instead of one star. I gave them 4

Went in to order food and eat, but wanted to wash my hands before eating. They told me both bathrooms were closed, not out of order just closed. Went down the street to Jimmy John’s instead.
