Ordered Giant Super Sub from DoorDash. It arrived with no vinegar and oil, loaded with lettuce, a small amount of tomatoes, and hardly any meat!!! Air sandwich!!! Shrinkflation and corporate takeover have ruined a good thing. I’m sure in response, I’ll get the typical “thank you for your feedback. We’ll share this with our team. We are sorry we fell short of your expectations” reply. Not going back.

Second time iv had this establishment. First time was a long while ago when I was working out in Kansas.. I had to drive to another city again to try it again.

My spouse got cold turkey.
Both was great. I’d go back if I’m around in that area..
I’d like to add they had a lot of employees. So many one was standing being trained. They all seem really friendly and nice. The one dark skin kid was super friendly that was cooking the hot food. I wouldn’t say fast place. As they have many online orders. But it was about as much as a chipotle line.

I love Jersey Mike’s! And have been to many locations. I have been to this particular Lee’s Summit location probably 6-8 times.
Generally the staff is very friendly. The food is always very good. Service can be kind of slow.
On the latest visit there was no line in front of us, but we did stand and wait about 10 minutes while they worked on to go orders…
Food was very good once we got it. I highly recommend the club sub!
But there was food and a bunch of ants hanging out on the floor under my table, which was kinda odd but maybe they’d been too busy to clean that day.

Despite being packed, the staff was hardworking and still efficient with getting food out. Food was great. We definitely felt sorry for the staff that was getting yelled at by impatient people that seem unable to comprehend the idea that if a place is busy, the food may take a bit longer.

My wife and son and I came in for lunch, there were 6 other people before us, not that busy. We ordered 2 sandwiches, an original Italian, and a Philly. They didn’t even start the Philly until after I payed and sat down with the other sandwich. What should have taken 5 minutes to cook was over 20. The sandwich was meat and cheese, no peppers and onions. The manager didn’t offer an apology or anything other than have a nice day in a snarky tone.

The sandwiches were kind of average taste but they were quality and apparently reasonably priced. This was good as the people were quick on our order. I ordered for a business meeting and they were right on time and ready to go. Mostly bagged up and presented.

I love Jersey Mike’s Subs grew up near the original ones. Best Sub outfit offered in the Kansas City Metro.
