Ordered a sandwich with extra meat on the app, upon arrival I checked the sandwich and it for a fact did not have extra meat. I walked up to the counter and asked if they could check it for extra meat and see if maybe a mistake was made when a woman interrupted and asked what sandwich it was I told her I didn’t know because my wife ordered and she responded “you don’t know what you ordered? I made it it definitely has extra meat” terrible terrible customer service.

What is the point in spending $20 on the giant sandwhich when they’re only gonna fill half with meat. I could’ve just got the regular and saved $8. Actually irritated alot.

I would not eat at Jersey Mikes in Blue Springs on Coronado anymore. I have been eating there since their doors opened. I ate there a lot. At one point no one working there could believe how many rewards points I had from eating there many times a week.
No more after today. It is my understanding that the business has new owners. I recognize none of the crew inside. Today I placed an order on the App for 4 sandwiches. The order was not accurate. 2 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong but the worst part is 2 of the 4 subs had hair in it. We threw everything away. We didn’t even check the other two. One big ball of hair looked like something from the sink drain.
Half the order had hair in it. That’s just the half we checked. Disgusting. The last one with the longer hair was in the lettuce. The ball of hair was in the mushrooms. No one there was wearing hair nets.
I would give ZERO stars if it would let me.

19 dollars for a sandwich in which you hardly get but this sliver of meat and the service tonight half would rather talk than help the front line. My sandwich called for bacon and I got three very small pieces on a giant and when I asked for a couple bigger pieces I was charged extra. Will not be returning for awhile.

Been to this Blue Springs location many times. Food is good. Reason for 3 stars….meat portions are not constant!! Supposed to be 7-9+ per meet slice per Giant. Had my sandwiches in the past anywhere from 4-5 to 8-9 Alice’s per Giant. Needles to say sometimes looks like Jersey Mike’s Italian…otherwise Subway for 3X price. So;will do Subway and bite the bullet, on flavor and order with extra meat (Footlong $Sale) 🙁

We visited the store on 12-26-25. The service was good but the meat on the sandwich was sliced so thin that it was ridiculous. It’s supposed to be a sub above but definitely is a sub below. There’s nothing Jersey about your subs. Your prices go up but your quality has gone down. You guys need to standardize your stores so you get the same sandwich at every location. All you guys do is sandwiches so it’s unacceptable that you can’t get it right.

We arrived at 8:30 to order dinner for our family, amongst coming inside we were not greeted but instead heard a yell coming from the back telling us they were closed. That being said there were three employees in the front that didn’t say a single word to us, we then looked online and it reflects closing time as 9:00pm, which the door also says. After that we just walked out not only because they refused us service but were very rude. We got outside and got into our car to figure out where we were going to, as we were leaving two employees flipped us off. We parked and got out to ask for names and the employees (manager included) stood there and laughed. There was also a woman leaving as we were who had just got her sandwich and informed us that they were very rude and forced her out before giving her what she had ordered.

Made a mobile order, only to have to wait inside for 45mins while they made every other order. The menu says “skip the line, order ahead” more like “order ahead, then come in and watch them make 50 sandwiches before every starting yours” also. I told them I was there to pick it up, still waited 30 more mins

I again know why I drive out of my way to go to this location. The staff and management are on point every time. I’ve been to 6 other locations and this one is by far the best. The manager is very personable and friendly, she walked in today for her shift at lunch time with the store very busy and she put her things down and started helping her staff with completing the orders. Well ran store.. Thanks again.

I’m not sure what has changed over the past 6 months. Maybe new management. I love Jersey mikes. But the blue springs location has gone downhill. There have been several occasions where I’ve waited 30 mins or more in a short line, online order forgets chips, rude customer service. However seeing cigarettes right next to the food preparation is going to have me stop eating there.
Please do better.
