My husband and I came in last minute (like 15 mins before close) I typically dislike doing so because having worked in the food industry for several years, I know it can sometimes be irritating. However Dominick and Jacob were working tonight! Both of these gentleman were sooo incredibly welcoming! Dominick did great with suggestions as it was our first time visiting Jersey Mike’s! Customer service was A1! Thank you both for a great experience!

So, I bet you’re wondering how I got here…. Well (cue the theme song!) it all started with the dinosaurs. Then they died and the Arabs bought Mercedes Benz’s. Then I stayed up way too late…. Behold! God parted the clouds, and a ray of sunshine pointed us towards the promised land. Suzanne (aka Moses) followed the wisdom of the lord and carried us to the elixir of life.

Wonderful gents to say the least about them. Thank you for being here. Thank you for doing what the subs of ways (in the photo) couldn’t. Thank you Andrew and company! Dibs on business name! lol

The two guys working during a very busy lunch hour handled it great!! Line almost out the door at one point and I could see a lot of online order tickets. They didn’t fault and served me a perfect sandwich. Stacked so high with freshly cut turkey and all the veggies I asked for. I don’t know how their bacon is so crispy and perfect but I know that I crave that bacon! I tried it the first time trying the viral “pregnancy sub” but this time I wanted my own thing of Turkey with bacon. Seriously so good and once again give them props for being calm.

i was just passing thru town but the crew here was so friendly i had to leave a good review! all four employees including the man on the grill were kind, spoke to me, and made it a personable experience. rare these days especially in fast food everyone working at 11:30 on 02/19 deserves a good tip!!!!

Maybe spend the extra gas to go to another location.
I was JUST in.
I ordered 2 sandwiches total, for my mother and I. Before us there were 2 gentlemen also in process of order completion. The MANAGER on the slicer was berating his employees about not taking orders properly. He then to us, the customers, goes “this is why its a problem taking multiple orders, you guys dont stay in line!”.
Bear in mind, it was only 5 sandwiches in the queue and only one person stepped out of line to fill his drink. The other sandwich artists were so compassionate to my mother and I, despite there managers actions.
6 year kitchen manager here, its NEVER the customers fault for how your handling your emotions and managing YOUR kitchen. I hope whatever your kitchen manager is going through to cause such disdain, passes soon.

And cheers to the rest of the staff keeping their heads down and powering through a horribly managed store.

I feel like the quality of the ingredients at Jersey Mike’s is much better than other sub shops (such as Subway) This location is clean and the employees are super friendly and polite.

I’ve eaten some sandwiches at a lot of places, but Jersey Mike’s the second to none. It’s also pretty cool when the owner James just happen to be there making your food you could tell he really cares about his business.

Hit and miss at this one…Jersey Mike has the best sandwiches. But this location has zero personality, miserable employees. You can walk in and stand there by the order area for some time, while making eye contact with them, and not a word exchanged. This last time, I just left, I’ll drive a little ways to a different franchise and spend my money.
If you don’t want to deal with people, in the service industry, do something else…I hate feeling burdensome to a worker, when I’m trying to exchange my money for a product or service. It’s just this store that is regularly like this. The evening crew is just miserable. And the hoodie up on your head while working just looks tacky. It’s bad enough when people are out in public with their hoodie up as a fashion statement, but completely inappropriate for a work environment.
Won’t ever come here to try and spend money again.
Also, wearing the air-pods while working directly with customers is just something I can’t get used to. Call me old fashioned, I would not allow that. And one other thing about this store, they turn off the “open” sign at 8:50 pm and make it appear to be closed, when business hours are until 9pm.
Twice I’ve arrive after work for a sandwich before closing and just turned around, knowing they were expecting to sail out at 9pm and would be perturbed if they had to make me a sandwich. I’m sure this store has much unrealized potential.

There is a different Jersey Mikes on Watson Rd just 4 miles away with better parking and a friendlier staff.

I have a funny feeling that the customer actually does not care about any of these reviews. My work mate and I just picked up two sandwiches and within 30 minutes I was throwing up. My work mate as well is crazy sick to his stomach but has not thrown up yet. The place was filthy. The instructions on my order were completely ignored. Everyone was moving so slow at rush hour. It was painful to watch. The floor was covered with food. The station looked like it was not wiped down all morning. No eye contact no smiling no nothing. I felt like I was their pain in the back. I feel the owner is copying and pasting all his apologies for such a horrible store. I will never go to that store again. Love me some Jerseys mikes for sure but this place has to shut down for health concerns. This place is NOT FRESH AT ALL.
