This is everything a fast food should be. The good is flavorful. The service is friendly. The inside and outside are clean. Parking was okay but not a lot of available spaces. I wrestled with atmosphere rating. I think that a 5 star means it’s as good as it gets. The atmosphere is definitely “good enough” but to get a 5 I think it would have to be notable. It doesn’t have to be notable to get me to return. It’s very subjective. The best way to describe world be to say if you are waiting in line you would likely be checking out the area and thinking “well that’s kinda cool”

Oh I love this place! Sandwiches are really delicious, prepared with fresh and high quality ingredients. We recommend no. 2 and no. 13 for a classic meal, and no. 7 if you want less fat (yet calorie intake are about the same across same size sandwiches). The atmosphere of the place is really nice, very clean facilities and good music. Staff are really kind and professional, they really made our experience pleasurable. Well done!!

Order was placed at 6:06 for delivery. Delivery time was 7:11. It is now 7:35 and no delivery yet. Called the location where ordered and they blamed door dash and was extremely rude telling me it’s not their problem!! Never again!! I want a refund for my hot sandwich being delivered ice cold!!

I went in to get a sub on 2/04/26 @ 12:15pm and the guy who is making subs (turned out to be the manager) is also running the register, and he never changed his gloves! I watched him do it with 3 customers in a row, then I asked an employee who the manager was, and he pointed to the guy making the subs! I just left. If they are using poor hygiene right in front of me, I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes!

This place has always been great: food, service, everything. We order here once a wk, but the last couple times bread did not seem as fresh as usual but like day old bread. Hope this won’t continue and things will be back to normal.
