If you’re looking for a fresh, hot, healthy sandwich, there’s no other place to go than Jersey Mike’s in Orland Park on LaGrange Road. The meat is freshly cut in front of you, they always wear gloves, the staff is always pleasant offering a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, not to mention the list of toppings are phenomenal. Although their sandwiches are on the costly side, worth every penny.

The first girl taking my order was nice, while the older white lady working kept rolling her eyes at me when I asked a very simple request. I will not tolerate someone giving me attitude and acting snappy when it comes to a sandwich. If I wanted a fast food worker to roll their eyes I’d go to McDonald’s. Management train your staff better!

Jim, the manager at the Orland Park store, is such a nice person. He genuinely is patient and kind and treated everyone so nicely. he really runs a great shop. All of the employees there seem very happy. The place was clean he was efficient he personally brought us our food to the table. 1 of the best experiences i’ve ever had at a JM’s!

It was my first time visiting the Orland Park location. Was actually headed to Smoothie King and decided to try Jersey Mike’s instead. Johnny was the person who assisted with my sandwich. He had AMAZING customer service. Johnny was patient with me… he took his time explaining what options I had and what the charges would be if I decided to add extra or change something. I am glad I decided to go with Jersey Mike’s after the gym. Thank you for your awesome customer service Johnny. I will be back to visit the Orland Park location!
