Ok I have eaten at this location 5-6 times and I have absolutely no complaints. Food continues to be fresh and on point. The staff as usual has been attentive and friendly. One of the team members even knows my order by heart (since I go there so much). Overall, if you want a fire sandwich you’ve got to come here (you won’t be disappointed).

Service was good, but holy wow, their tuna salad wraps are horribly average. I haven’t tried out Jimmy John’s yet, but I think I can safely say if you want a good tuna salad wraps, you should get it from Pot Belly.

2 times now I have ordered delivery, and both orders my food was incorrect or missing toppings and used the wrong bread. Very disappointed. These subs are expensive – I expect my order to be correct. Apparently you need to be there in person, watching them put every single item on the sub for accuracy.

Very disappointed with this location. I placed an order on the app and then went to pick it up. There is no designated place for orders, so I had to wait in the line, with 9 people in front of me to pick up my order. I should have checked while I was there to see if it was right, but unfortunately I did not. My bowl had a small amount of meat and cheese, and an overload of banana peppers, which I did not order. I also ordered mayo, but that was not on there. Taking the time to read and get the orders right, would really go a long way to get return customers.

I’ve never had issues with this location before but I ordered food for myself & 2 other people & all 3 of us got sick from eating it! If I decide to go back it will be in person to watch them. I personally think I got old food. Don’t order online or mobile.

I usually love jersey mikes but I would not recommend going if you have an allergy and they are even a little busy… I just went to get lunch and they refused me service. I let them know when I order I have a severe dairy allergy and ask if they can clean the machine before making my sandwich. They use the same machine to cut all the meats and the cheese. This has not been an issue in the past but the female employee started to make my sandwich without cleaning it and when I asked again she refused to clean the machine. The male employee talked to her and stated to me after “she won’t clean it” so I had to leave without any food…. I was very embarrassed and actually cried afterwards at how rude and dismissive it felt. I loved jersey mikes before this but will not be back.

Wow what can I say, it was one of the worst experienced ever. The guy that was doing my sandwiches was super super rude, and the very beginning he offered me something that I didn’t understand and when I asked him once again he got an additud like if it bothered him that I asked him 2 times. Then when I started to tell him what I wanted on the sandwiches he was annoyed and wanted to rush me along. I asked him to let another associate, do my lunch. But he didn’t want to. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and very dissatisfying. I’m never again ever going to come in to purchase one sandwich from this place. Customer service is something that is delicate and if people don’t understand you, you do not have to treat them wrongly, you can explain to them what is something very common for you, but it’s foreign for them.

They absolutely refuse to add toppings to my grilled sandwiches… first time I got one, they just wrapped it up after grilling…. I said I wanted addtl toppings and was told I should have said that in advance…. Go today and tell them I wanted to add to my grilled chicken…. Girl said, yea you can at the end when we bring it down….. she lied, also wrong bred for a $22 sandwich. Incompetence at the highest level. 18 people working and they still can’t get it right…. Also side question: when someone orders the turkey/bacon sandwich, why ask if you want the bacon? Y’all tryn to trick people not paying attention and save bacon. Gotta talk to Mike!

Out of all of the sandwich chain places, this is my favorite. The Original Italian (Mike’s way) is my favorite cold sandwich and the chipotle philly cheesesteak is my favorite hot one. The staff here are always so polite and friendly. Oooh and try the jalapeno chips if you like spicy stuff, soooooo good!
