When the store is fully stocked, the food is good. The wait can be long at times, but most recently they have been running out of bread with the last 2 hours of the store closing. Better off going to another location and don’t waste your gas.

The young lady -Say- and her team members hooked me up, they were working really Hard when it got super busy and they were so sweet. I usually go to the city ONLY to get my food but Say guaranteed me despite of the miss reviews that my experience at this location would be good and let’s just say-Say guaranteed!!! Private equity has made its first cut. My sandwich was roughly 1/2 to 1/4 the size of what it previously would have been a year ago. My bread was noticeably smaller than a typical burger bun. I have provided current size picture, and a picture of a sandwich from 2023

Under normal circumstances, this location does a great job with the food and service. Please consider that customers should not be allowed to enter the store during standard lunch time and place an order for ten sandwiches. Large and/or catered orders should be forced to order ahead or on an app. The customer that was allowed to order ten sandwiches backed up the store line. He caused an additional twenty minute wait. Three people either walked in the store and immediately walked out or they were in line and left without ordering.

Called them telling them they gave me the wrong bread for my sandwich that was delivered and said they called me which they never did call me and all I got told was we will call you next time and hung up on me! Worst service ever!!!

I live in this neighborhood and have been going to this Jersey Mike’s whenever I crave a sandwich. On 12/5/2025, I visited the store and ordered a regular turkey and provolone (Mike’s Way), asking them to add mayo and bacon. The sandwich and drink were prepared, and the total came to a little over $15 including tip, which I paid.
While they were wrapping the sandwich, I went to get a drink and noticed the fountain machine was pouring more than usual. As I turned back to pick up my sandwich, a woman, who I later learned was the manager, spoke to me in a very rude tone, saying: “We need you to come pay for the bacon.”
I was taken aback by her tone. My immediate thought was: why speak to me this way when it was the cashier who rang up the order? I genuinely did not know that bacon was not included in the price. Instead of treating me as if I had intentionally avoided paying, she could have explained the situation more professionally. I paid for the bacon and left, feeling very upset.
She then told me I didn’t need to come back. I responded that I would continue to come back because I support businesses in my neighborhood, where I’ve lived for the past 21 years.
Later, I called the store to speak with the manager. She confirmed she was the one I had dealt with earlier. I told her that her behavior was unprofessional and that I hadn’t realized the bacon was not added to my bill. I suggested she handle such situations more professionally in the future. She then hung up on me, which I found extremely unprofessional.
