Once again, the sandwiches were great. Service was outstanding, and there was plenty of seating.

The staff who worked Saturday January 10th between the hours of 6pm – 7pm needs to be FIRED. The sandwich that was prepared for me was TRASH. I wasted my money as the sandwich was prepared with old meat and a stale wrap…. I won’t return

I love the Kahuna sandwich (like a Philly Cheese steak with jalapeno peppers). So good! The person that waited on me wss such a delight.
The Big Kahuna is still a delicious sandwich and my favorite. I tried the new portobello mushroom sandwich too and it was okay, but I would get it without the green peppers because they overwhelmed the flavor of the mushrooms.
I also offered to pay for lunch from a Jersey Mike’s, near where they live, for them and anyone they wanted to take there for lunch, yesterday or today because 20% of all sales is donated to Feed America. My daughter took me up on my offer and you should too. Great sandwich and a great cause.

The store on Cicero in Crestwood. The food is good, but the employees are unsanitary. The girl making the sandwiches was also taking the money and ringing on the register. She’d make a sandwich, ring up the customer then go to the next customer without changing her gloves and did the same to the next customer. I had to mention it to her that she needs to change her gloves every time she goes from sandwich to the register, and she basically blew me off.

I like JM! But after the 4th I really love them. I placed a catering order online and mistakenly ordered the wrong sandwiches. Didnt realize my mistake until I received my order. Totally MY FAULT. I dont eat pork and most of the sandwiches had pork. I acknowledged my mistake to the workers and they were nice enough to make my sandwiches over with no hesitation. They had to reach out to the DM (Veronica) for approval so I appreciate her as well. Thank you to the workers FastFood was his name and the rest of the crew that worked on the 4th you are appreciated it

I ordered the best hybrid sandwich that they had it was awesome. Everything about the sandwich was awesome and I’m taking another half to work with me shout out for the two ladies at work the GM and the other young lady I didn’t get their names. I’ll be there next Tuesday after shooting pool to get another hybrid chicken steak Philly sandwich girls it was awesome. You got my pallet on fire. Thank you.

This place was my first time going here it was clean so beautiful, and the staff was amazing. The subs was okay I think subway has a bit more favor, or maybe it’s just me with weird taste buds, so with that being said I will be going back to try it again, but most important the staff made me feel welcomed l. I thank you all for that, I also take my head off to the meat slicer if it was me, and my arm continue to move like that I will just turn in my name tag, awesome work ladies thank you!!

Love this Jersey Mike’s been here many times the lobby is always clean and well taken care of the workers here are always friendly and pleasant and the sandwiches have always been very Hardy definitely would recommend to anybody.
