Super good food. HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered a bowl and didn’t ask if I wanted toppings. She handed me a bowl w. Just chicken and onions! Like hello ? and she seemed bothered the moment we walked in the door. No hello, No Hi, No smile!!! Just a straight up nasty attitude! I honestly didn’t want to eat after that experience.

First time ordering from the app and the last time. Not sure why my order took longer than the people who were in line several minutes after I arrived.. it seems like they have a designated area just for online orders and the line moves much quicker if you come into order. That’s not the way most online apps work at other places. I also stood there for about 10 minutes before someone asked me what the name of my order was under. The bread was hard at the ends, not fresh bread like I had hoped it would be. Not returning.

Went to the shop today, open sign was off, looked closed but open online, walked in no acknowledgement that you even walked in. Kid with the blonde hair doesn’t even care to work and the girl working with him is the same just not as bad. Messed up my order of the one one sandwichs and when i told him I was met with, ” no bro you never said that, there isn’t anything like that”, and proceeds to further call you a liar and such. Funny a customer knows the menu better than the workers in my opinion, but that’s the choice management decided to make, suggest you take your business to Jimmy John’s, subway, etc.

Grubhub messed up big time with the delivery timing. It was supposed to be delivered at 11:00 and they changed it to 2:00. I called Jersey Mike’s directly and they confirmed food was ready and sitting on the pick up rack. When I explained that I am at work and the food was for my son who doesn’t drive yet, Alexis, went above and beyond to make it right and have the food delivered. We all love their sandwiches, but now I am even more in love with their customer service which is rear these days. We will continue being loyal customers. KUDOS to great employees of this location!
