Shout out to the lunch crew today! It was insanely busy during the lunch hour rush with people coming in to order, mobile orders and drive thru. I worked an environment like that in my younger years and I know the pressure you guys were enduring. You kept your composure, communicated well and assured your customers you are working as diligently as you can. If any customers were upset, they just dont understand. I waited a bit for my mobile order but I didn’t care. You guys did great. So Thank you!

Fantastic sub, chips and a fountain drink. The smoked bacon on the sandwich is spectacular and delicious. Fresh made right in front of you. They have a drive thru or you can dine in or take it to go. Huge menu selection. Great for a quick meal or for kids

Ordered 3 hot subs. Pickup time was 4:23 but received our food until 4:50. Apart from that, two of the subs had breads switched up with the extra meat on the wrong one as well. I’d understand if there was a nasty rush at the time, but there was literally only 2 other people ordering in-store and one small bag mobile order on the counter. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered online and showed up when it said it would be ready. Had to sit and wait 20min after the time it said it would be done. Watched them help 5 more people through the line that walked in after we were already sitting waiting. Horrible experience, will be restraining from coming back. I suggest to everyone that jimmy John’s is right in the next strip mall and doesn’t have these issues.

YouTube ranked them as the best sandwich shop around so I tried them out. Best blt ever. There was an ingredient that gave it a little twang. I think it was some kind of vinegar but it really made the sandwich better. Well done!!!!

Delicious, high quality sandwiches for a fair price using freshly sliced meats, crisp toppings and bread that’s been baked to perfection.
Excellent customer service provided by their incredibly accommodating employees who seem to take the phrase customer service with a smile quite literally.

I spoke with Dom for help with Catering at a school and no matter how many times I had to call and speak with him he was always pleasant, helpful and polite. The delivery was on time with a very polite employee and we could not have been happier with this experience.
