Bryan the manager/GM he is AMAZING. Hands down the BEST customer service I have experience. Due to the hot weather last min the dealership I work for wanted to get all employees lunch. I called multiple places that said they could not help me in such short notice, then I talked to Bryan at the Geneva location and he was so willing to have such a big order ready for us within 2 hours. Not only did he complete the order in time but his entire staff was amazing and brought everything out to the vehicle for me. I HIGHLY recommend this location and Bryans amazing customer service just blew me away!

Me and my girlfriend came in like ten minutes til closing time and the guy was super nice and talkative and was super cool. I had spent the last of my money buying something for my gf at the Marshalls nearby and was also paying for the sandwiches. I didn’t want to be embarrassed by having too little money to buy food for both of us, so when I drained my card and it still said $3 or so left, I didn’t really know what to do so I just looked in my pockets and he quietly said “you’re good” while my gf was getting a drink. I am forever in debt to the manager for allowing me to look cool in front of my girlfriend and making my night. An amazing movement of gratitude by the staff. Thank you Jersey Mike’s manager for letting me look cool in front of my gf. Also the sandwiches were insanely good and that made it even better!

I went in today with my group of nine. Bryan and his crew gave us fantastic service! They were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and worked very well as a team. They were able to take care of our group while also handling all of the other customers during a lunch rush. Our sandwiches were delicious and we will definitely be back! There’s no better place for sandwiches than Jersey Mike’s! This place is always clean and it’s super easy to get a “to go” order within 5-6 minutes. I’m a junkie for the turkey breast and provolone sandwich but the others are very good as well. Highly recommended.
