Yall are amazing, my wife and I’s favorite sandwich shop we’ve ever been to. Honestly there service is on par with mom n pop restaurants, 10/10. We hardly eat out, maybe 5 times a month and 4 of those times will be at this specific Jersey Mike’s.

Today, I want to write about Jersey Mike’s restaurant.
it is near our home, this is fast food with some good features. This was the most friendly place I’ve ever been to. The two guys working were so kind (tall with brown hair and the other had glasses and a ponytail). They were upbeat, made our sandwiches look like the photos, and seemed genuinely happy to be working. There aren’t many fast food places that still have that these days. The restaurant was clean as well.

**Updated review (4/27/25)** Well I went back. 3 years after my previous (2 star) review and Ive been multiple times now recently. Happy to say that they seemed to have turned things around. Current staff is very friendly and take some pride in their work. I understand the customer service industry can be grueling especially when mixed with food service. This current staff puts their best foot forward from the moment you walk in. My food has been consistent every time Ive gone lately & good. Ingredients are fresh. So much so I had to update my review. Great work! Would recommend.

But I stopped going to this location a couple years ago due to a staff member knocking a dirty dish rag off the counter onto the floor while making my sandwich, picking up said rag and then proceeding to make my sandwich. I pointed it out and she said “Oh it’s okay it’s a clean rag.” It was not a clean rag. She also was complaining about her job very loudly during the whole ordeal. I walked out before the sandwich was finished. Well recently I figured I’d give this location another chance & while most of the sandwich was good, the bacon was ROCK hard and I got minor food poisoning. I’ve never had an issue with food poisoning at any Jersey Mikes before. Won’t be going back.

The little blonde with the princess leia space buns is not very customer friendly and she just made my sandwich and didnt even ask what all i wanted on it. Then my sandwich was filled with bone or cartilage, i got the chicken bacon ranch. I wont be back. Thanks for wasting my money

Came in. Ordered a regular size sandwich. Guy behind me orders a giant. I pay for mine waiting. Guy behind me has not paid and has his sandwich before me. Sorry. That just not seem right. Girl (green hair) doing sandwiches did not seem to care. No hassle. Just slug speed. Usually good even if busy. But not busy and slow as can be. Come on gotta do better.

This was my first time getting Jersey Mike’s . My mother used to own a Subway so I’ve always been partial to them . After seeing so many ad’s about them I finally decided to go and I’m glad I did ! This trip I just felt I had to try their Philly cheese steak . It was very good ! I actually got a foot long and brought it to the nursing home where my mom is now . She thought it was pretty darned good too !
I’m disabled and I ordered online and and then called them to ask if they could possibly run it out to me . They were very nice and said it would be no problem .
I will say that they are a little pricey but I guess everything is these days ! Even with that said I will still be going there again and trying some more traditional style submarine sandwiches !

They’ve got great food but don’t bother placing an online/app order for pickup – nobody in there pays attention to the online orders and they just make the order when you walk in and say you’re there to pick up – not bad for cold subs but it’s a longer wait for hot subs. Seems like a simple fix, put some sort of notification for the employees to recognize an online order. Seems petty but it gets old after 4 straight online orders and the same result each time.

We had not been here since before the pandemic. It was *always* dirty, the floor was sketchy to walk on, they were *always* out of everything, the staff was rude as could be and there was always 1 or 2 people working. We were nearby and thought maybe it would be a little better. We walked in and the whole place looked different. 3 actual people working dinner – we thought we were in the wrong town. The nice young man said someone else bought it and hired them and cleaned the place up. Kudos to that person and their people. They had everything on the menu, all the types of bread, and the staff was pleasant and kind. We’re so glad we gave them a second chance after over a year of boycotting this place. So glad someone fixed this place up and runs it right. It was so bad before…but now it’s great!!!

They are under new ownership the girl behind the counter said. You can certainly tell. More organized and clean. The workers are all flying around and sandwiches are done fast. I was in the other day to give them one last chance. After this visit we will be going more often. They have totally turned the place around for the better. Keep up the good work!!!!

Order a sandwich and they told they can’t warm my meat for me cause of cross contamination. Which is Bullshit cause the grill gets different types of meats on it. Teach your staff what cross contamination means before they start using that as their excuse
