I picked up a sandwich a week ago. Returned to work and unwrapped it to find a hair in it. I was unable to go back to the store, so I took pictures and submitted a complaint. After calling multiple times and even reaching out to the owner, Tim Fox, on a provided personal phone number from the staff, I still have not heard from anyone.

Josh, Monty, Summer and Luke absolutely crushed it. They know what’s good when it comes to sandwiches. Was visiting the Botanic Gardens and drove up from the South Side. Glad I stopped in at this location on the way back down. Amazing service and the Italian was executed perfectly. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with the staff behavior. I went inside to pick up the order, and there were two employees pointing at me, talking, and laughing. One of them said his name was Martin or Monty. When I asked what was so funny, he said they weren’t talking about me, but they were still hiding their faces and laughing, which made it very uncomfortable. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Employees should know how to properly greet and treat customers. This experience was really unpleasant and not what I expected.

First time having jersey mikes. Really enjoyed the tuna but in bowl form. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Tuna salad had good flavor too. Had it delivered. Just upsetting that I had specifically requested the unsweetened pure leaf iced tea and instead got the lemon flavor which has sugar in it. I am diabetic and although I received a credit from door dash it doesn’t quite resolve the bigger picture. Left without a proper drink because the order wasn’t followed. I did not receive a call which I would’ve expected if the flavor was out of stock.

Best Jersey Mike’s! Had a wonderful experience with catering and Tim was kind and accommodating. Every time I come in, they load everything up. Today, I wanted the small cookies instead of the large ones up front, so they made a fresh batch for me! Thanks Marcus and everyone at this location!!!

First time at any location. Told the woman taking orders that it was our first time here, and she recommended her favorites. Ended up with a Chicken Bacon Ranch and a Turkey with Provolone. Sandwiches were made lighting fast. It was very crowded but it was surprisingly quiet with that many people in the store. Planning our next trip!!

Regrettably, they have made mistakes on my order three times before this evening. They didn’t include any cheese today. I asked for the #7 instead of provolone, please add white American cheese. I got home only to notice no cheese is on the sandwich! I called the store and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Finally a gentleman came on the phone name Luke. He claimed to be the shift manager. I explained the situation and he Informed me that his manager was incapable of issuing a refund. Accountability is everything, and great customer service is also important. Unfortunately, yet again, I have spent money with this location and left unsatisfied. I am extremely disappointed and the phrase’sorry’ is not sufficient!

Tim and his team are top notch and have this location humming. Clean store and efficient service All the employees are enthusiastic and service friendly. Love how they also support the Wilmette community. Their support of the huge Super Bowl Sunday Blood Drive at Saints JFX in Wilmette is fantastic.
