I’m surprised to see some of the negative reviews here. Every time I come in the staff is very friendly. They always smile ask for a minute. They make the Best big kahuna sandwich I’ve ever had. Always consistent, and extremely fast. I have always will come back here

They will count money using gloves and same gloves to make sandwiches. why Is it too expensive to take out the soiled gloves and effortful to remove it. I am calling the attention of the management there at Randhurst Jersey sub, because this sandwiches are fresh and gloves should be clean to avoid food contamination. It had caused me diarrhea for 2 days eating these fresh sandwiches because probably of the lack of hygiene by staff servers. Please be consciencious and honest in serving people. People trust that you know what your doing and be mindful.

Totally screwed up my doordash order. No cookie that i paid for, no bacon that i paid for, no lettuce or tomato as advertised, waaaay too much mayo (seriously swimming in mayo). No one answers the phone. Must have called 8x. It just disconnects. Never again. I would like a refund!

It doesn’t deserve a star! First time ordering from here and it will be my last. Order it through my friend app she is always ordering from here but I don’t see it. I received a bowl it looks like it is missing half the food or it was eaten. Very upsetting had to go and get me a real lunch.

Usually this spot is a phenomenal spot to get sandwhiches but last night was a different story. Had a couple sandwhiches delivered to the house only to find a hair on each side of the sandwhich… not something I’m really looking for when I’m trying to enjoy a nice meal. Would give zero stars. Ordered online for pickup. Wasn’t even the sandwich l ordered. Didn’t do any of the Customization. And it was mangled and soggy. Looks like a 5 year old made it. I ordered and was there before the pickup window how is it soggy already?? Worst JM experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this location.

I was very upset about my visit tonight at this location . We looked online and they said they closed at 9. We walked in at 8, there was a handwritten note that said they close at 830. All of the chairs were up and a guy was sweeping around us .There were three men working all of seemed upset by us walking in. I could tell by all of their faces turning red and their short answers. Clearly they were annoyed with us. I ordered a veggie giant hot sub and realized I had to take it to go which at that point by the way they were acting I wouldn’t eat it there. By the time we made it home to eat it , it was gross and soggy . Something that should of been eaten right away and I spent 22 and left a tip which I shouldn’t of done they didn’t deserve anything. They were rude and when I asked for a side of pickles he clearly got mad and again with the red face and I said thank you and he says ” yep” . They made me feel not welcomed and that I was ruining their plans for the night which happens to be Halloween. I’d never treat anyone this way at my job. Complete waste of time and money and would never want to return.

The sandwiches sold at this spot are so good. I went here for the first time, and since then I have gone here mainly because I like their sandwiches to the point that they are satisfying and can satisfy my cravings for sandwiches. Their menu is huge and has a variety of options, and it is really nice. I got to choose any sandwich I liked, and I also had a chance to taste some other unique sandwiches that are available on their menu. The prices, on the other hand, are fair and reasonable. I would say that the prices are just about worth it considering the taste and quality of the sandwiches. The place is also clean and has a pleasant interior, which is another reason why it feels good going in here. It is a small spot, but the atmosphere and vibe are great. The staff are also friendly and accommodating. The service is also fast and at the same time, they gave accurate orders and they also accepted my orders when I wanted to, like, not include something sort of. Aside from sandwiches, their drinks are also good, and they also have snacks available in front of the counter.

Got a Mike’s way roast beef add cherry relish and Chipotle mayo today. Opened it up and it’s just roast beef, cheese, and a tiny dot of mayo. Worst 10 bucks I’ve ever spent. The guy on the phone even repeated the order back to me. Typically this place is great, but this was very bad.
