Stopped into this Jersey Mike’s and had an awesome experience. The staff was friendly, patient, and really knew what they were doing when it came to customizing the sandwich. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken #44 with a few mods, and they absolutely nailed it — perfectly cooked, loaded with flavor, and made exactly how I asked.
The shop was clean, the service was fast, and you could tell they actually care about getting the order right. One of the best Jersey Mike’s experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

Recommend you don’t order on line so you can see what is actually going on your sandwich (or what’s not). My cheese slice was thicker than the meat they put on my sandwich. Was like getting bread with lettuce and condiments!

while I know we’re all human and we all make mistakes, it has been consistent where my order has been wrong at least every other time (I order a few times a month). This time it was the wrong bread. On all 3 sandwiches. Perhaps they ran out of white but at least tell people that’s the case. So annoying Get your stuff together people

This is terrible of me but I didn’t even get the young man’s name! I work from home ran out to grab a sandwich so I could eat half now 1/2 for dinner ordered my favorite got to the counter and did not have my wallet! So I downloaded Google pay and we couldn’t figure out how the darn thing works. Needless to say the gentleman was so gracious and I did get my sandwich. I will truly pay it forward! You have the best employees in Lake Zurich!

Stopped in during a quick lunch break, and had a Great Experience! This location was busy at the time that I stopped in, I was greeted promptly by staff, all were smiling and engaging with customers. I did not have to wait long for my order to be taken and made. My order was made perfect / very clean and organized establishment. Very well managed restaurant. Highly recommend.
