Still good as ever I tried the buffalo chicken in a bowl added extra meat. Had their new pepper relish that I highly recommend.
They were really good. I had the chicken filly cheese steak and my daughter got something else she really likes. The best part is they have gluten free bread! She feels safe there because they make her sandwich in another room.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and this is the worse I’ve had. My meat was in chunks. The young lady fixing her back with her and proceeded to finish fixing the sandwich. What happened to the old manager? She was so nice, and my sandwiches were always done right.

I wanted to share a wonderful experience we had recently at Jersey Mike’s, thanks to the excellent service from an employee named Gus. I had placed an online order, but while I was eating, my daughter decided she wanted her own sandwich after all. When she went up to the counter, Gus quickly prepared her favorite sandwich. When I went to pay, he simply said, “Don’t worry about it.” I initially thought I had enough points for a free sandwich, but he clarified that it was his treat. Thank you, Gus, for your kindness—we truly appreciate it.

This Jersey Mike’s is pretty bad. No care given to making the sandwiches, forgetting ingredients when asked to make it Mike’s Way. Watched one of the workers drop a mayo spreader into the trash tray and then proceed to wipe it off and use it to spread mayo on a sandwich.

Needs to work on customer service. Leaving customers standing waiting while they take breaks in the back and talk instead of completing the order the customer makes no sense. Sometimes they don’t even speak if they get upset they have to work… like will completely just stand there instead of responding at all- which didn’t stop anyone from ordering and thinking the employee was too upset he had to work at all.

The sandwich was hot but not tasty as I thought it should be. I had the cheesesteak. The restaurant was very clean and plenty of seating. Service can definitely be enhanced…they do speak but a smile/friendliness would a bonus.

The food was good. Ordered it before online and it was my very first time stopping by and ordering food. Customer service sucks. Lady at the counter (doesn’t have the name tag on) was rude, the music is too loud and I barely heard her. She was touching her face, phone, and was cutting the meat without washing her hands

Girl yelled at me after the guy that took my order said I could exchange ham for bacon. She wouldn’t make my sandwich without charging me more after I already paid. Super rude and went out of her way to not serve me. I don’t need a sandwich that bad! Will not be back!
