I discovered Jersey mikes a couple of months ago, and I really enjoyed it, but every time I place a order they always make it wrong. my usual order I ask for no veggies, and they always put veggies on it, even when I order in person I say no veg and they put it on and I have to correct them. I don’t know why it is so difficult to take a simple order. Really need to train the employees better. Side note, the employees are always very polite and respectful.

Went in to get food to go and the first thing I noticed was the lettuces was extremely brown and disgusting looking and the counter looks like they haven’t cleaned it the entire day. I ordered my sub in a bowl and my meat and tomatoes were not chopped up at all it was all put in it whole and they did not put my bacon on it either which happens almost every time I eat here. Then the girl working clearly hates her job and could care less about the quality of the food she’s making. Then she hands me my drink cup and the whole drink area is so sticky I needed to wash my hands after filling my drink. Needless to say after the last few times of me eating here and its always dirty and my order is never right I think I’m done eating here. I work hard for my money and to have your food not made right really just doesn’t sit well with me.

Rolls were stale overall I love Jersey Mike’s,my brother and I have had great experiences at Grand Juction ,Co ,and Lake Havasu City AZ,at Jersey Mike’s. Hope the Jerseys Mikes in Kalispell ,MT improves . Don’t know how long they have bin open there ,but just didn’t seem rite. It may just be management or something. I hope and pray for a positive outcome . I live in Eureka MT now and was so excited to find Jersey Mike’s in Kalispell MT

The gentleman behind the counter made me feel very unwelcome. He talked down to me and made me feel like every question and answer I had was stupid. He was a young Asian man. Not to be racist, I just don’t know how to explain because I don’t know his name. I love this store but honestly he made me not want to come back.

Came in half past 11, as a large party of seven, none of us had ever been to a Jersey Mike’s before. Staff were very friendly and patient with us. The gentleman who took our order, was all smiles. He mentioned this was an unplanned shift for him, so his service being so good was especially nice. The restaurant was very well staffed and everyone was polite and quick. Our sandwiches were made fast and tasted amazing. Great little location.

I have a health condition and chose this place specifically because they advertised they offered gluten free options. When I asked for a gluten free sandwich, the woman working was extremely rude and made a very big deal about having to follow the protocol. The other people in the restaurant were starring and I felt so humiliated. I just wanted to leave. My sandwich wasn’t very good. The bread was dry and crumbly and the flavor bland. Even if the sandwich was good, I won’t ever go back to a Jersey Mike’s just because of how I was treated by the staff. I am sure other staff aren’t like this, but I just felt so sad and awful just don’t want to go back.

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience at Jersey Mikes this morning. I am 7 months pregnant and have been coming in regularly for sandwiches throughout my pregnancy because I can have a veggie option and avoid the cold cute. The sandwiches have been great and the staff as well up until this point. This morning however, the employee who made my sandwich offered his unsolicited negative opinion on how much “having my first kid would suck”. When he asked if it was my first child and I answered yes, he said “I’m sorry” and preceded to tell me how negative of an experience I will have and how much it sucks. I was shocked, upset, and very uncomfortable. While his unasked for comments and projections to a woman expecting her first child were inappropriate and unwelcome at best, saying these things to a customer was unacceptable. I wish I had used my voice more and told him that his opinion was not wanted or appropriate and taken my business elsewhere. I can only move forward so I will be choosing a different sandwich shop in the future.

The ingredients taste fresh and the sandwiches are consistently well-made. The menu provides a good variety of options for different tastes. Furthermore, the pricing is reasonable and represents excellent value. The staff are always friendly, efficient, and provide quick service. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is clean and inviting. I highly recommend this establishment for a quick and tasty meal. I will definitely be returning for another sandwich soon.

The three guys that worked there tonight Tuesday 5/20/25 were hilarious! They kept the energy light and made me laugh after a long day and were fast and efficient on making those amazing sandwiches!! 100/100 top tier atmosphere and those boys definitely have me coming back for great laughs and even greater food!!!
