I seriously cannot believe that people working in a place like this can get away with having ZERO customer service skills. Who hires these people?? Walked in at 7pm, nobody in line. Two people behind the counter, not one looks up, says a word or ever acknowledges me. The girl finally walks up to the counter and stares at me, and I have to point to my order and tell her it was mine. She spoke not a word. Not hello, not thank you, nothing.

Terrible service! Walked in at 3:00PM, (place was empty) except one employee eating at a table, and the guy behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge us for over 10 minutes! Two ladies in the doorway of the kitchen visiting, cud obviously see us standing there. The guy was working on an order, didn’t look up. The people in the back, could clearly see us standing there, we stood at the counter for over 10 minutes with not even eye contact from any of the workers. We finally just left.

I work nearby so I’ve gone here many times over the years.
Very fast, and good food. They are often pretty busy, and you can tell the employees always work really hard. I’ve probably ordered here over 50 times over the years, never had an issue. Clean and efficient business.

Food is great, regular ole jersey mikes. Every time I have been in this location there is one young lady working her hind end off, slicing meats and cheeses and taking orders. She’s great, I give her 5 stars. Then there’s 5 or 6 young men walking around with headphones in waiting for direction it seems like. Kind of just standing around not knowing what to do. Food is great, young lady is great, (give her a raise) overall service is frustrating because of lots of people standing around staring into the wind.
