We had a big order for a lunch at the hospital and it was outstanding.Everything was fresh and the order was exactly what we ordered.
We had to go thru door dash for delivery but we did talk to the person at Jersey Mikes and they made sure it was right.
We will use them again.Thank you.

Sorry but this last visit was so bad, not to say the others are much better. Im assuming it’s not policy to leave paying/ in-store customers to build up while working on a catering order. Paying customers were leaving because of how long the line had gotten and the fact that it wasn’t moving at all. Whoever the franchise owner of this location is should be embarrassed!! The worst jersey mikes location I’ve ever been to. They are always overwhelmed. Compared to other locations I’ve been to, the owner is nowhere to be found to help the overworked staff. Tiny location for the amount of people in the area, including a large population of college students.

I’ve been going to Jersey Mikes for some time now. I’ve done lots of orders for myself and for groups that I have pre called in and had great service with. I really enjoy the subs they offer and the quality they have. Unfortunately, I feel I’ll be taking my business to another location. I went in to get a sub and the staff that was working the front was very unfriendly. Not making me fee welcomed at all. I wasn’t going to let that get to me as sometimes were all so busy and just don’t notice. I went up to order my sandwich and was greeted with, “what do you want” I ordered then went down to pay. All seemed to run smoothly. I get my sandwich and went to eat it and realized it wasn’t what I asked for. Again, not an end of the world thing but at this point a frustration as I already felt like I wasn’t welcomed while being there. I went to call the Main Street location to talk with a manager and just express how I was treated just so they can possibly just bring it to the staffs attention. Well to my surprise my phone number has been blocked. I can’t call and talk to anyone I really can’t do anything. This alone is so frustrating! I’m so disappointed in this location and really feel something needs to change!

We had been driving for a long time and were starving, so we googled restaurant and found this place. I’m so happy we did, not only was the food super good but the staff was super helpful and were more then happy to answer our questions. They have a great selection of sandwiches. I would recommend and if I fo back through Montana would stop in again. Total deserved the 5 stars.

Online ordering is a joke at this location. This is the second time now I’ve ordered online and waited for over 30 min+ beyond the time it said it’d be ready and available. Their system is not organized well at all. Need faster service, just go through the line.

I have never eaten at Jersey Mike’s before. I had my mini sandwich Mike’s way, and I found it to be very delightful. The cashier did not speak English well so another staff member had to give instructions on how to check my order out. I purchased a sandwich For another person and they did not add the two orders together. They came over to me at my table and asked me to check out the second sandwich. I did tell the cashier when I originally cashed out, but again that’s when I realize she did not speak English very well. Apparently dhe did not understand what I was saying.

My husband went in 5 minutes before they closed at 9 ( I know not ideal but I unfortunately had a pregnancy craving last minute) rudely told him they were closed and wouldn’t serve him. Very poor service especially since we also work in the industry and have to accept people in until the closing Time, pretty unacceptable, will not not be coming back to this one again and we come in pretty often one of our favorite sandwich places.

Food is always good, but when I order something, please make sure ALL the ingredients get on the sandwich, and I also think they need to make sandwiches on all size bread.
