I ordered online and picked up my sandwich. When I got home, the wrapping paper for the sandwich was soggy. So that means my sandwich was soggy It had so much oil and vinegar on it. The bread was saturated. I will be going to Jimmy John’s next time.

Came to this location recently and it was some of the best service I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant period. Every employee I talked to went above and beyond, and were all very friendly, even though I had to make some changes to my order. Very much recommended this location if you’re choosing one in town!

We really enjoy the sandwiches & the staff is always excellent. However, the gal with long hair is too loud for the place. I like her enthusiasm but she drowns out the rest of the staff which makes it an unpleasant experience. Please visit with her about toning down her voice. She’s good but she doesn’t need to drown everyone else who also work there.

This place is phenomenal, the portions are massive and delicious. I would definitely say this is the best sub sandwich place in Billings. Even with them just opening the wait time in line was only about 15 minutes. We will go back often!!!!! Me and my oldest had the Philly Steak, my wife had the tuna fish, and my son had the turkey. There were no complaints from anyone about anything.

The sandwich is great!!! Almost too much meat honestly. Service is on par for most part. Happy belly happy day 🙂 I’ve eaten most everything on menu but my go to is the Chipotle cheesesteak and number 13 Mike’s way!!! Try it… you won’t be sorry!!!
