It’s a fine sandwich. If you haven’t been here, it is similar to jimmy johns in quality, a slightly higher end chain sub sandwich experience.
Do not bother ordering online here to “skip the line” as is posted on their front window. We ordered online, showed up at the estimated time the site gave us and they hadn’t even started on the sandwich. We asked for an estimated time to come back as we could see they were clearly understaffed/busy and we couldn’t get a solid answer. So we sat. As we sat, we eventually noticed that anyone who walked in would be immediately served, and in and out in a reasonable time. When I inquired about the status after 30 minutes, they still couldn’t give me an update, and said store policy is to prioritize in-person orders.
If I order online and have to wait until they don’t have a single in-person order to fulfill to get my sandwich, I could be waiting an unbelievably long time. Next time I’ll just order in person I guess. It’s just one experience, we will probably try it again, but I definitely won’t bother ordering ahead.

I have no idea why, but my sub was drowning in oil and vinegar. I also added mayo and mustard and they filled it up so much it’s spilling out everywhere

I will forever give this facility 5 stars. They have always made our orders perfect or fixed anything that was wrong, been friendly and welcoming. Please be nice to their workers they’re just kids doing their best. Love love love Williston Jersey Mikes.

Ordered online waited an hr and 10 mins for order no biggie knew it was gonna be busy!! But unfortunately my order was wrong they messed up on both my subs which wouldn’t have been a big deal but highly allergic to mushrooms. Called the GM apologized and made me new subs which were amazing!! Just will have double check order before leaving next time

Food was excellent and the service was just as great! The guy who helped us (he had tattoos) was super kind and attentive. He even tried to chat with me, and I wish I had been more engaged—I was just preoccupied with a few things and didn’t mean to come off rude. You could tell he genuinely cared and enjoyed what he was doing. The whole team seemed to work well together and created a really positive atmosphere.

Our sandwiches were very good, being that I was out of state at the time. However, my daughter and her boyfriend come and eat here occasionally, and they were always pleased with their sandwiches.

The staff today was very very helpful very friendly. They allowed me to get a sample of the meat from a sandwich that I was hesitant to try without knowing what I was getting. It was fantastic. I ended up with the Philly steak and cheese and they made it to my specifications. Top-notch it is a deli so it is not a black tie event, but it’s not the garbage you get at most fast food places either.
