This was my first time eating at Jersey Mike’s. Sropped in at the Albert Lea location and the GM, Rachel, was so kind and happy to tell me the typical favorites. I went with the club Mike’s way and it was SO delicious.

Tj and the ladies working were very friendly. They made connections and were patient with my kids who don’t eat at a Jersey Mikes very often. They made the subs fast and they were delicious. Usually we eat at the downtown Mankato location when we stop. Keep up the great work TJ and team! We will be back when we’re in Albert Lea again.

We were in the Albert Lea location from out of town. What a wonderful experience. From the friendly employees to the freshly sliced meats and cheeses, couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Came here for lunch on my way home from the Mall of America and I was very pleased with how delicious the sandwiches were. I had the #17, husband had the #16 and we are officially fans. The workers were very nice & sociable, restaurant was clean and the food is great.

Not sure if it was an off day or what but I’ve eaten A LOT of jersey mikes sandwiches in many different states, but the sandwiches both me and partner got today had no flavor whatsoever. Bacon tasted like it was burnt even tho it wasn’t physically burnt and the rosemary parm bread tasted like it had no flavor or maybe it was older? Idk I’m a huge jersey mikes fan so maybe it’s this location? But the sandwich wasn’t good I tried to eat half of it but it wasn’t pleasant.
Customer service was great so that’s why I’m leaving it at least 3 stars.
