The younger teenage worker at the front had a rancid attitude. Treated customers like an inconvenience and corrected us rudely about how to order instead of helping us. After developing this uncalled for attitude with us he skimped us on our sandwiches. No managers or other employees seemed to care or correct this attitude. Ordered my sandwich the same way I always do and it tasted bland and was flatter. Not sure what this kid’s issue was.

Staff asked if everything on the chicken bacon ranch was okay, sub was stacked, bacon was freshly cooked and meat was freshly sliced to order. I felt like I went to my friends and we made some great food.

So here’s the deal.if you order online, and if you do not tip, they will not make your food with care. Which is sad. 30$ for two sandwiches you’d expect at least a little effort from people who are already being paid to do said tasks.

First time there . Wasn’t sure what to do. But didn’t see sign either that says start here. Took a bit to order. Very busy online orders. Everything was good.. didn’t know they don’t put the lettuce tomatoes and onions on unless you ask.. only had 3 tables to sit at.. but most people just ordered and left. Everything was clean.. but did have to ask someone to clean a table for us. But like I said it was busy. Next time I’ll remember to ask for lettice

I wish I got the name of the lady working, but I had the most pleasant experience here! I’m gluten free and her and the gentleman training-in made sure there was zero cross-contamination. Changed gloves multiple times, made sure to make my sandwich in a separate space. They were both so thorough, kind and lovely!
