This man right here. Either hates his job or is very Miserable, he was talking to a hard of hearing person and got an attitude & the guy told him he was hard of hearing. I get it, it’s busy but learn how to manage. Do better or move on because it’s not for you. The rest of the men handles the busy time no issue you couldn’t tell they had frustration only him. He’a not professional and lacks customer service.

Stopped in on my lunch break for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! I got a hot sandwich (#16 I think) and it came out very quick! Plus the person who made it (I think Quay was the name) was really nice and even opened the door for me!
Sandwich was good, but I wish it had some sort of sauce on it.

Don’t go during lunch and don’t order through the app. It’s faster to order in person. I Ordered through the app and waited 30 minutes while everybody that got there in person got there’s first. Had to ask for a refund. Terrible experience.

Very good subs and high quality ingredients. The tomatoes were ripe and large, not like the tomatoes at other sandwich shops which are usuallyhard and green. The seasonings were also excellent as well as the bread. Service was very good as the staff was very polite and attentive, often not the case in other fast food restaurants. Will definitely be my go to place for sandwiches.

The store closes at 9PM, came in at 8:30PM and asked for a hot sub. The employee I was speaking with was clearly disgruntled and was being unprofessional. He told me that I can’t have a hot sub because they were cleaning the grill so I left.
