Nice atmosphere. Good food. They have the assembly line down so it goes really quick. I would say if you want to sign up for perks – do it ahead of time because that was a painful process and we were holding up the line. Also, know that this location has a smaller footprint and if you want to eat in, it might be hard.

I am never somebody to complain but I’ve visited this store quite often since opening and never had a problem. I love j mikes and order curbside often. I got my order feeling bad for even being there with the experience I had with the worker who brought out my order. I’ve worked in plenty of restaurants before and brushed it off thinking maybe she was having a bad day or was tired. I understand that. Got home where we realized our sandwiches were poorly made, dry (when oils and vinegars are supposed to be included), cut at 1/4 of the way(sure not a huge deal) and missing half the ingredients. Sucks to tip these workers for no reason.

Sandwiches are good but they never put the extra meat and cheese that I pay for on my sub.
Update: ordered from here again tonight. Same story as before. No extra meat or cheese that I ordered and this time they were so nice to give me 1 slice of tomato in the middle of my sub. I guess slicing tomatoes is too much work for these clowns.

Before I placed my order for pick up, I had talked to the manager at the store asking about the Mike’s way, and he said that if it was put in the special instructions that they would do it so I did that and when I got my sandwiches none of my special instructions were read, even though I was just on the phone with the manager before hand and my wife didn’t get her sandwich made how she wanted with her special instructions and I’ve worked in food. I’ve almost been a manager in Subway for many years and we’ve never not read special instructions receipt, especially when the manager directly told me to put it in the special directions

We just finished ordering in the Chaska location and the male server was very disrespectful. I asked him if the sandwich could be cut into 4. He refused to do it because he said that it would take to much time. (There was no line). He went into the back kitchen and when we were about to pay the lady asked if we wanted rewards he yealled and said “there is no time for you to get rewards” we had spend $160 and I expected a way better service/treatment that what i recived. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Have ordered curbside pickup many times, always correct order and SUPER friendly staff. Even called to adjust my pickup time and they happily accommodated!

Fantastic service every time. By far the friendliest fast food folks you’ll find in Chaska.

4 pm and mulitple members of staff on duty, yet no one to take orders. After standing in line for 5 mins and not being important enough to interrupt the staff’s conversations I walked out.

I ordered online and picked up about 15 minutes after I ordered. My order was ready in time and the sub was delicious!

Ordered two sandwiches, one regular and one giant. Charged for two giant. One was not even what I ordered. Even after questioning the cashier they could not get it right. Place was too busy to know what they were doing, good for sales, but not for the customer.
