This location started closing 20 mins early and got mad at me for coming in 15 mins before closing, had to wait 7 mins for them to get everything set up, not sure why its a issue that i come in and support the business during business hours…
Now I had to go back into the store and get my sandwich fixed because she completely messed up on it, and she yelled at her employees on why they did not lock the doors, even though they still were not closed.
I was outside of your guys establishment on taking a picture of your guises employee so nothing illegal about it, but this employee needs to be fired. She is completely disrespectful and disgusting, she didn’t even wash her hands before touching my sandwich, And didn’t even want to remake my sandwich and try to give me a refund instead

Don’t get me wrong, I love jersey Mikes, not sure if they just reduced their meat portions since opening this new location- but I didn’t spill a drop of meat out of my Philly it was that small, some areas in my sandwich had no meat at all, just bread – is this across the chain? I don’t think I’ll be retuning for more bread than meat sandwiches

They are so speedy here, that when no one in there except me, the lady taking my order didn’tq check to see if I was done with my order, as soon as I told her the sandwich type she was off to start it. I had to ask the lady checking me out about having extra meat and mayo added. The gal at the register let me know to make sure and ask for those things while at the ordering area. Which I informed her I was going to but the lady walked away to fast. No problem, but then immediately the cashier went and told the first girl what I said about walking away to fast ( not sure if she was just informing her or gossiping, hopefully informing). The cashier gave me a free drink, that I ended up filling with water (I tried the soda and it was kinda warm and a little on the flat side), but it was a nice gesture. My food came out and I got in my car and was flagged down because the first lady forgot to add my mayo so the cashier was getting me packets, thanks for that. Besides that it was fine.

Did an online order pick up at 6:57pm Philly cheesecake and an Italian. Got to the store around 7pm didnt get my subs until 7:17pm. Figured it was the Philly that was taking longer to make but no i was wrong. The Philly was done the entire time I was there and I guess it takes 20 minutes to make an Italian sub?? You had 15 minutes to make them prior to my arrival. Love jersey mikes but this location needs to figure it out

Yesss!! Was worth the 15- 20 minutes wait. They just opened on 8/21/24. Congratulations!! It was busy but the atmosphere was fun, friendly and positive energy. I hope it continues. Our sandwiches were delicious. I had the #9 Club Supreme and it was really good. There’s seating inside and outside. The outside has a metal fence around it. There is a drive thru for online orders. There’s also pick up area inside for online orders. Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sandwich place and I will be a loyal customer. Thank you all who worked tonight. Keep up the positive energy and great work!! Kudos!!

Only ever done drive up pick up but we’ve never had any issues. Always correct, delicious and taste fresh. Staff is always super kind! Love stopping when we’re going through town.

The online orders are NEVER ready on time. I am constantly waiting on my food. Schedule a pick-up for 2:15 and you show up 5-10 minutes late and you still wait 5-10 minutes for your food. I sat at the window for 15 minutes one time and nobody ever came to the window so I had to drive around and walk inside. It’s ridiculous. They need to improve on this.

OMG! TODAY I HAD THE BEST SANDWICH EVER!!!! I always ask for extra onions, but this time they did it up really good! It had a ton of onions just the way I like it. I also asked for green pepper and banana peppers and they put it on. The bread was really fresh, The meat was amazing. The sandwich was out of this world! Thank you Jersey Mike’s for listening and doing it as I want it. That means the world to me.
