Ordered the #13 Original Italian with Banana Peppers via DoorDash. Perfect amount of dressing (not soaked in oil/vinegar) Fresh toppings and the Rosemary Parmesan Bread is so good! This location takes pride in their work and consistently makes the sandwiches like they’re supposed to. Keep up the great work!

I really love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches but the staff here suck.
The service I received today was embarrassing. I ordered 2 sandwiches and paid. I waited 15 minutes while they made another families 8 sandwiches. Which wouldn’t be an issue except this family is behind me, and then everybody after them had their order ready made. When I asked them what happened? They completely forgot about my order.
It was literally a turkey and provolone sandwich and I didn’t get the hot honey. I was up charged for.
I would like to feel like this is an error made because it was busy but everyone else was white and their service was great. How did you ask me if I was eating here, ready to cut my sandwich and continue to make 8 more and have the order behind them ready immediately but completely forgot mine.
I should have returned this food but my kid was hungry…
Do better. That was disappointing.

I used to work at the Walmart across the street and would come here nearly every shift for my lunch break. It wasn’t just the food that kept me returning it was mostly the workers, everyone who has taken my order or made my sub is so upbeat, euthanistic, and fun to talk to, it’s clear they enjoy what they do and it shows in both the service and quality of food. I don’t work at walmart anymore and yet I go out of my way to come to this specific jersey mikes location because of the team they got. I always walk out of there with a smile thanks to the workers there. Special shoutout to Eric, he’s THE man on the grill, been consistently making the most detailed, put together, and tastiest subs for me while giving me personal reccomdations to craft the perfect sub

Went in and got two sandwiches both came with mayo, which was completely fine. Got home to eat my food and the mayo is awful. It definitely was not mayo. It was either miracle whip or the mayo was bad, outdated. I called to express my concerns and they did nothing for me. Just kept saying
“It is mayo and it’s completely fine.” Not how you handle customers completes. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Ordered two roast beef subs with extra meat (1.75 for the xtra meat for each sub) and this is what it looks like. Don’t bother asking for the xtra meat, you won’t receive it.
I called and asked for the person who I received the order from but she had left for the day. I spoke with “John” who told me that he made the subs and they definitely had xtra meat. I asked for the manager, he said he was the general manager.
The subs were still good but as I mentioned early, don’t bother with the xtra meat unless you are there to watch them make it.

For the record, Jersey Mike’s is our family’s preferred (by a mile) national sandwich chain — we visit almost every week after church. But, this location gets our review because it’s our favorite location. Not only are the sandwiches consistently good, the staff is great. When the vibes are more “local deli” and less “fast food”, you know you’re doing it right.
