Every time I come here, I’m disappointed. Unfortunately it’s the closest place to my work for lunch so sometimes I just go here for the convenience.
I just ordered a #17 the regular Philly cheese steak and this is what I got. A meat and bread sandwich. I counted 3 or 4 peppers on this sandwich and it was just thrown together so sloppily. Best part is, I was the only customer in the shop so there’s no excuse for such a sloppy sandwich. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.
When the store is busy, they lack urgency like I’ve ever seen before. During the lunch rush the employees move as slow as molasses, dinking around, lolligaggin’ putting toppings on the sandwich in slow motion. Avoid this place at all costs

I live nearby and have been coming here since it opened. They started strong but in the last few months I have seen quality and portion size drop off. I agree with the other reviews that employees don’t seem interested like they do in other locations I have gone to. The biggest disappointment has been portion size, for a $10.50 sandwich plus tax and tip( I always tip does not seem to matter) it should far outweigh Jimmy John’s sandwiches but they don’t, they are equal. I work in Roseville and that Jersey Mikes hits on all cylinders. Employees super pumped, good portion size, fast. I have decided I am done with this location.

Came in a little while after lunchtime rush and only a short line. Was greeted upon entry and the full interaction was very pleasant. Those working in the store were all very professional and appear to enjoy themselves with customers. Reflection of how the store operates and highly recommend this store.
There is a drive thru option that I did not test out so I cannot speak to possible differences.
There is outdoor seating in the rear of the building which is nice like on the day I went. Only negative I can think of is there should be a canopy or umbrellas of some sort. A little shade would be appreciated.

Very disappointing experience!!!
From the moment I started ordering, the staff seemed distracted. I asked for a #6 mini but they started making a #3 instead.
They didn’t even ask whether I wanted white or wheat bread—they just went ahead and used white. While they were making the Subway sandwich, I asked again if it was a mini size, and the staff said yes, but at checkout I was told it was actually a regular size. I couldn’t finish it at all.
It felt like they weren’t paying attention from beginning to end.

Bennett and Max were the two workers on staff, and they were extremely helpful as to what I should order!

Went in tonight about an hour before closing. Expectations were low because it was slow, close to closing time, “fast food.” Service could not have been better – Max and Magic were great! I was so impressed I asked for their names to write this review. Food was great too for an added bonus.

GREAT FOOD, GREAT STAFF! I always love getting lunch here, as they’re a couple minutes from my office. Always fast, always great food! I’ve even had a mistake made with my order, told them about it, and Tim was very helpful in making up for it with my next order.
