We decided to dine in for dinner today during a pretty busy Friday Night dinner rush. We picked a table that we didn’t realize at first was a bit wobbly, and it ended up tipping and we spilled our drinks all over ourselves, our food and the floor.
Patrick and the rest of the staff were beyond helpful. Insisted that we don’t help clean up the big mess that was made, gave us a coupon for the trouble and remade our food, the whole team stepped in and the mess was cleaned up and food remade in a matter of minutes. I spent more time stressed out about the situation than it took for them to rectify it. It was no one’s fault at all, just a messy accident, and Patrick didn’t even think twice to jump into action to help, and the rest of the team did the same.
I was very embarrassed at the situation that happened, but the way the team handled everything made me feel so much better.
I will definitely only be going to this location from now on.
This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at any Jersey Mike’s location.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. The GM (didn’t catch his name) should be incredibly proud of his team.
